Sézane Pop-Up

They have a great selection online, and most clothing items are cute and of high quality. This store has about 1/5 of the items online, which is very limited. It has a parking lot with 1hr free parking iff you make any purchase within the mall. A cute shop with wonderful Parisian pieces and decent service, but I will rather continue to shop online.

Another beautiful Sezane store. But car spaces are scarce. I preferred the location of the previous pop up store in LA. Stock is also limited which is a shame as we wanted a few different items and sizes were missing. However, plenty of nice staff who can’t do enough to help.

LOVE this store! Was so excited when they opened this US location. Fabric and fit are fantastic - everything is beautiful and the store team was extremely helpful, friendly, and warm.

The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The selection is beautifully curated. The looks are current while also timeless and well priced. Love this store!

First and foremost I hope Sézane decides to stay! Love the style and clothing! Second, the store director is lovely and extremely personable! She helped me with my return, offered some alternative styles when we discussed my previous purchases and had a wonderful conversation! The reason I only give 4 stars is the service, MOST staff were extremely kind and helpful, but it only takes one person with attitude and arrogance to make an experience go from great to ok.

Horrible attitude from employees. You would think after numerous less than favorable reviews they would fix their attitude a bit. I may be a little more critical since I myself have worked retail in the past.

1. No greeting when walking into the store
2. If you have a question, be prepared to be met with the most unwelcoming body language and tone.
3. Your size not available? Good luck—no redirection to their website, send sale, or any other alternatives for you.

Visited the store front for the first time on Tuesday on vacation with my family from Canada. Have loved the Sezane brand and collections for a while now however was my first opportunity to visit a store and they’ve only started to ship to Canada recently.

The store was clean and organized, however there were only 2 of each item out on display, so you have to ask an associate for your size. Associates were reluctant to serve me and get my sizes from the back. Mind you, it was late morning, on a rainy Tuesday, and it was not busy. There were a couple other shoppers in the store and many associates on staff. Had my very own Pretty Woman moments when I wanted to try some clothes on and make my purchases. I waited for the pieces I requested sizes of, and the associated dragged their feet to help me. If I could have left and bought these clothes elsewhere, I totally would have. I dragged my two young sons and husband to the opposite side of LA so they could wait in the car while I quickly went in, tried the pieces I wanted and made my purchases.

They do not have a full collection in this store, which meant a few items I was not able to try on and purchase. I was able to find a sweater and two shirts I purchased, and a couple accessories. The items appear to be great quality, I just wish the service matched.

The Brentwood Parking Attendants were also very rude. Do not recommend parking in the lot for the market Sezane is in. Again, it was rainy, there were lots of open spots and poor signage.

I’ll stick to online ordering.
