Tom Thumb

Jay is Amazing in the meat department. He always goes over and above. He has a great personality and every time I see him he is working hard. I came in today for some shrimp and it was his time to clock out but he stayed over to help me, and he did it was a great attitude. Thank you so much for giving excellent customer service.

My husband shops at this store every week. The meat is good. The staff are excellent. This time I came with him. Store is Clean.

This is a nice and quiet place to shop. The store has always been clean when I visit and the staff have been helpful. The prices can be a little higher but the selection can't be beat.

Several staff members helped me find a difficult item. They wound up going to their shipping freight truck located behind the building. They found my item in the truck amongst the pallets of products.

So thankful to the bakery staff for making a cake at the last minute for my son's birthday. He loved it!

Update 7/13 came in, and Kamrin, the girl at the self checkout, was so helpful! She also had a great positive attitude! I give the 5 stars because if my cashier Liliana is super awesome. But as far as the store, they were out of a lot of items.

Everything is always fresh the stores always clean and so organized. They always have great specials.
I was just going to get eggs and heavy cream, I wanted, to make cream bulee tonight. It's one of my favorite desserts. Any way, their fruit and veggies department is very nice and large. Their bakery is great too. By the way, love their meat market. Their fresh meat is great. The butcher is a great help. When you go in the right side of the store they have a lot of flowers and plants. Well, a florest. Some are in a see glass refrigerator. They do have some beautiful flowers. In and out in no time. I just try to steer clear of this one cashier that every time I get stuff that is marked down, he never scans the correct code and scans at full price so I always have to go to customer service and have that corrected. Other than that everything is great!

Grateful for the always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. Philip and Pinkey. Philip works registers and always does an excellent job. So many others have issues ringing up the same item twice or not scanning coupons. Pinkey is in Deli and one of the few in deli who doesn’t make a mistake in the pricing. Honor these employees. - good store, good prices and clean.

Very friendly staff and store is always clean and up kept. Had an issue with a sale not ringing out correctly and they took care of me on the spot, great attention to customer service 👏

It's been a while since I'd been to this Tom Thumb. It's big, it's clean, it's well stocked, and it wasn't very busy. It's not the closest Tom Thumb / Albertson’s but is one of the nicest. I will be returning.

They had what we wanted. They even have beautiful orchids!

This is a nice store it’s smaller then the one I normally go to but it had everything I needed. And they have good deals.

I have been using this particular store's drive-up service, almost exclusively, since it began in 2020 and have continued to do so for many factors, but one of them being the staff here. My exclusivity is only diverted by the available stock, but otherwise their drive-up staff - W and G specifically - are some very outstanding individuals, who I hope are being equally compensated for their hard work. If there is anywhere else I can sing your praises (I have called TT CS) please let me know - thank you!

Called the store looking for tags.Employee answered my phone call professionally and didn't keep me on hold long. Once I made it to the store, check out was fast. 10 people ahead of me, most looking for registration tags. The line moved quickly and he greeted us courteously and with a smile. Thank you for great service.

Been a while since I went to Tom Thumb. Very nice store. Lots of varieties. Went to get light soy sauce. Was amazed to see lot of Asian sauce here. Did a little shopping, tho was not planning to do. If u r looking for something, try Tom Thumb. Be surprised u might have it! 👍

Excellent bakery. I go in almost every morning for a cranberry orange muffin. Bakery and store staff very nice. Store is very clean, well stocked.

Went to deli, the employee was very helpful, considerate, prompt to serve me, The reduced Or half off items selection was better than other Tom thumb I have shopped at.Would recommend this to others,
Only Draw back is no seating if you are waiting for someone or wish to take a quick bite.Simple table would be nice,

Renewed refreshed and as always the best in customer service. They might have been closed during the holidays but, I think they were remodeling to better serve us. Tom Thumb has always been my favorite place to shop, the store is always clean and the food is fresh even the pharmacy service is great the staff greets everyone with a smile.
