Superior Fireplace Technician Curt serviced my gas fireplace and did an outstanding job. He covered the entire work area with a tarp and cleaned up everything after he was finished. He was able to clean ALL of the haziness off of the glass and it looks great. Very happy with his work and will be calling Superior Fireplace again for my next cleaning.

Superior hot tub and spa sold and installed our new hot tub and removed the old one. From start to finish the experience was pleasant and professional. We primarily dealt Tracy and Kurt but everyone from the show room and the installers were great throughout the process. We shopped around at a couple different places but after all is said andd done I'm glad we decided to go with superior.

Superior is awesome! Their expert team came to my house and helped me decide how to fix the monstrosity that somebody did to the "fireplace" in my house. Long story short someone took out the original wood stove and cut a hole in the wall to make a resemblance of a "fireplace". Superior inspected my chimney and informed me that my setup was extremely dangerous and if we started a fire in the "fireplace" there was a good chance I could burn down my house! They guided me on what to do and what type of unit to install. Because I had to make modifications to my house, the timeframe took longer than I expected. It was NOT Superiors fault, it was my specific situation. Now I know its safe and in compliance with code. Thank you again Superior!

We just had our new pellet stove installed by Superior (we moved into a new home and the old insert wouldn't fit) and as always they were wonderful. Came out and did the pre inspection to get an idea of what to expect and walked us through every step they would take to make our new pellet stove great. They took the time to properly educate us on the wide variety of hot tubs they had in stock. They helped us find great contractors to install a patio and electric too. Delivery and installation was quick and courteous.

Last but certainly not least, we had a mechanical issue a few weeks after delivery and they came out the same day we reported the problem, worked with the manufacturer, and we were up and running again quickly - you will never get that from any discount club or online store. The sales staff as well as installation staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The sales staff guided me through the process and informed me of financing that was available if I did not want to pay out of pocket at that moment.
At installation the new fireplace was slightly larger than our previous model. The installers had to make some adjustments to the opening and remove a few pieces of siding from our house. Unfortunately the replacement siding they had was not an exact match to ours and they had to place a temporary covering over the exterior ports until the new siding arrived. But a couple of weeks later they called and informed us that the siding had come in, they came out completed the job and you cannot tell that this new fireplace was not part of the initial build, their work was flawless.

We have a 20 year old Harmon fireplace insert pellet stove. I have purchased my pellets from Superior and always great service. For the first time, I asked Superior to clean our Harmon, which we used another company for many years.
When Superior showed up they were very professional and warm. When they finished, I thought I had a new Harmon. Not only did they clean it completely and the chimney, they also cleaned rust areas and repainted those areas. I am so impressed and will trust Superior for our future service.

We bought a pellet stove to heat our house a year ago. Superior was priced very reasonably for the stove quality that we wanted. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Our stove happened to have a manufacturer defect and Superior handled the issue with ease fixing the stove and handling all the issues with the manufacturer. We liked them so much we continue to support their business by buying our pellets from them! I would highly recommend Superior!

Recently we had a pellet stove installed by Superior Fireplace and Garage Door. They were wonderful to work with as this was a big expense for us. They helped direct us to a model and install that worked with our budget and went above and beyond what we expected. We researched and visited different companies in the Southern Maryland area and Superior was the most reasonable as far as pricing for both the stove and the installation. The staff helped us by telling us how to take advantage of a coupon from the manufacturer as well as a grant refund for the model we purchased. The install went smoothly and the men who worked in our home were professional and cleaned up very well. Afterward installation was complete, they showed us how to use our new pellet stove. Superior Fireplace came into my life after a VERY bad experience elsewhere trying to have a pellet stove installed. All the people I interacted with from my initial phone call to the final install were professional, polite, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my whole buying/install experience.

The icing on the cake was the Maryland Tax credit paperwork that they took the time to print out and provide to me for easier submission.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are in the market for a pellet stove, check them out. You won't regret it!

I had Superior out to perform a pre-winter cleaning of the stove I bought last year and just as before, they lived up to their name.

The guys who came out were polite, professional, and answered all of the many questions I had. They made sure to cover my floors and thoroughly cleaned everything before they left.

I believe many of the product or service reviews we see online are not from verified customers, but this one is.
I have been a customer at Superior Fireplace for several years and am completely satisfied with their products and service. They have now installed two wood stove inserts and provided numerous annual cleanings on my pellet and my wood insert stoves. They have also been to my house on several occasions to replace blower fans on my first insert (in my opinion it was due to a manufacturing defect on the stove design itself).
Dane, Curtis, Tracy, and Ashley are professionals at what they do and have always treated me with respect. They have taking time to help me on several occasions with issues and questions I had, and spent time on helping me with selecting my new wood insert.
I believe their prices are competitive and this is a company that is good at being customer service orientated.
