I needed to get a new phone after the screen on mine went black. The lady who worked with us was named Tiara. She was super kind, friendly, helpful, and informative. She got us what we needed right away! Highly recommend this place. Very satisfied with our visit. :)

Absolutely amazing experience today from this team. I am a returning customer and got my new phone today. Shoutout to Austin and your female coworker (I don’t remember your name, sorry!). You guys went above and beyond and were sincere and a lot of fun! I can’t say enough good things about this location.

The manager Ki was fantastic to work with! After taking hours at other Verizons he was able to figure out the problems with my phone and finally get it working. I’m a long time Verizon customer and will be making this location my go to in addition to referring family and friends. Thank you again Ki for your professionalism, help and patience!

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store. Traci, their sales rep pleasantly greeted me the second I walked in the door and the experience only got better from there. While WE both waited on hold with customer support, for well over an hour, to resolve my problem, she made the experience an easy wait. The hold time extended past the start time of an anticipated Washington Redskins I was anxious to see game so she found a tablet and put the game on for me while WE waited! She clearly has the customers best interest at heart. Please see Traci if you visit this location!

My visit today was amazing! I was hesitant coming into this store as the last time I was here when it first opened the customer service was terrible. Today I was immediately greeted by an awesome rep who was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with upgrading to my new device. Let me reiterate the patience part. He could have left after his shift but he chose to assist me until I was satisfied with my decision and assisted me in getting all the accessories I needed. What a pleasant experience. My Mom had a prepaid phone and service with another company and her phone had intermittent “no service” for a few weeks and the last few days literally no service at all. So I went to Cellular Sales to see if I can add her to my plan and Sunny was so patient with assisting us in getting the information needed to swap the service and keep her number as well as finding a current promotion and phone she would be comfortable with. She explained every step and made sure Mom was comfortable using her phone before we left the store. I’ve used this location for several years and they’ve always provided me with impeccable service. My mom is happy with her new phone and service and always they deserve a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Tiara at Charlotte Hall Verizon is an excellent, professional and sweet young lady! She listened to my personal preferences and didn’t try to sell me a high overpriced phone. Very understanding and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your kindness. Good salespeople are hard to come by, but she was excellent and I felt so comfortable .

I've been putting off getting a new phone for years because I hate setting up new electronics. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience here. There was no wait and the sales rep, Chauncey Goff, was extremely helpful. He not only found me a phone that fit my needs without the upsell, he also put the screen protector and case on and more importantly set the phone up for me. He then patiently went through the features and explained the differences in the functionality from my outdated phone. I highly recommend this establishment.

When you come to this store come see Chauncey! I went to another location and was treated poorly! I came into the store and worked with Chauncey and it was the best experience ever. He was able to fix what the other store messed up and help me get a brand new phone and tablet while lowering my bill at the same time! He is very intelligent and would recommend him to anybody.

My husband and I bought our new phones (and a watch for me!) a little over a year ago. This was our first experience working with Amanda! We then went on to purchase two MiFi and make several adjustments to our account. Every step of the way Amanda had been an amazing sales rep!! Always pleasant and smiling. Always accommodating and patient. Always thorough and excellent with follow up. If you are needing anything with your Verizon equipment or service, reach out to Amanda in the Charlotte Hall store (I think she often works at other locations too).

I was dreading having to buy a new phone and not sure how the process would be during the holiday season plus a pandemic but my sales rep made the whole process painless. He got me an appointment right away, it started on time when I walked in the door, knowledgeable of the products, assisted with the accessories I needed and transferred everything without issue. I was out the door with a working phone in under 30 mins. Highly recommend this location

Very friendly, greeted me first thing. Our sales person was amazing and very knowledgeable and was such a great help. It was my husbands first time getting a smart phone and our sales guy was great at showing him every detail of the phone. He kept us up to date on everything that has changed. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store and I will definitely come back.

I dropped my phone in the toilet and needed to get a new one in a short amount of time before work. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and immediately helped. The process was quick and painless and everything I had saved on my damaged phone was quickly transferred to the new one. I’m so glad they were able to help and get my new phone set up really fast. Super nice and helpful people here!

First of all, I was able to get everything I needed and then some for an excellent price. I absolutely love the new financing plans instead of having to pay for the phone up front. The representative who helped me provided me with all of the information I needed to know, and he hooked me up with promotions. I will always continue to do business with Verizon wireless because of the excellent service and knowledgeable representatives. Not to mention, the quality and connections. Thanks very much !

Our experience today was very pleasant. We greeted by John who was completely professional from start to finish. The store was clean and inviting. The staff friendly and helpful. John's assistant Nick was instrumental in explaining phone and tablet features.
I highly recommend this store for any future wireless purchases.

Had to rush in and get a new phone because my screen broke. Chauncey went above and beyond to help me out. Gave me multiple different options, found a great promotion to help me save some money, helped out on the price of accessories, and was very understanding when I had to run home to pull some data I forgot about off of the old phone. 11/10 service.

The gentleman I worked with today was very thorough and he made sure to answer all of the questions that I had. He helped me get exactly what I needed at the best price. Everyone in the store was very personable and willing to help make sure that I had a pleasant experience. They all are very knowledgeable. The store also had a wide range of accessories to choose from. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Verizon store. I will return here for anything I need in the future.
