I recently had my iPhones’ battery replaced at Battery’s Plus. It’s my second time using them for this type service. Prices are always very reasonable and the quality of work is great. Counter person was very friendly too. The battery replacement took under 30 minutes. I’m quite pleased and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their phone.

Called to see if they had the 23A batteries. The gentleman politely told me they did and the prices of the single and double packs. I drove there and waited to be helped. Again, I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I told him I needed the double pack of 23A batteries. He must have been the one I spoke to on the phone because he jokingly asked if I had sped to get there. I smiled and admitted that I had not. It was a nice transaction. Thank you.

They were friendly, quick, and did a great job repairing my phone. Their battery and bulb stock is a little over priced vs. ordering online, but if you need it quickly for a project or last minute, they can definitely take care of you.

I find it difficult to believe that anyone was rude here. My encounter with them was outstanding. She was very polite, engaging, and extremely knowledgable about their products. Not once was she rude...in fact, she had a smile the entire time I was there even while answering my numerous questions. I'm definitely going to be doing more business with them.

Both agents were friendly, knowledgeable & efficient in handling a battery change even finding that I needed a part that they had in stock to run my phone more efficiently. They even had a reasonably priced cover for my I-phone. After applying for a $10 discount for making an appointment ahead of time, the agent quickly handled that & the transaction went smoothly. I regret to say that I didn't get their names, but a name is at the bottom of the receipt jwalker. I don't know if that is the agent that primarily took care of me, but the order # is RQ161348 at the Youree Dr store. Hope you can give them recognition for this commendation. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter's iPhone 7 screen to be fixed and the technician was done in about an hour. The service was fast and the technician had absolutely great customer service!!! I would recommend to everyone!! Thanks batteries ➕!!!!

Came in for a generator battery. They pulled it and brought it to the counter for me. Rang me up. The phone rang twice while I was being helped. Both times, the employee put the caller on hold politely and took care of the folks in the store. Came back with the core, they immediately took care of my core charge and I used part of the core for a new flashlight. Fast, friendly knowledgeable staff.

Employees are very helpful and they have a military discount. I needed a new battery for my key fob and they changed it very fast. They also have a lot of items that would be helpful at home or work.

The service was fast and everyone was super friendly. I got an old iPhone 6’s screen fixed for a Christmas present for my younger cousin. Everything works perfectly and it looks wonderful.
