Kenya the supervisor in the flooring department exceeded my expectations. She helped me remove the confusion concerning my vinyl floors for our business location in Houston. Great customer service, patience and loads of knowledge. I was able to place my order and even get the amount of flooring for my budget. Thank you so much Kenya and the entire Home Depot team for assisting me. I am so grateful and love coming to this location. This Home Depot is always busy when I visit,the store is always clean and most of what I'm looking for is available. I would like to see them make it to where getting keys cut is a simpler process. Compared to Lowes where it doesn't require any customer employee interaction. On this trip an employee who is skilled in key cutting was in the immediate area so there was no long wait.

I've been a loyal customer at the Home Depot Summerwood location for about a year now, and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my experiences have been. The cashiers on duty during the workweek are not only nice and professional but also exceptionally courteous and helpful. They consistently go the extra mile to assist customers like me. Shanda and Erika are shining examples of the superb service I've come to expect at this Home Depot. Their dedication, patience, and positive demeanor make this store my top recommendation for anyone seeking home improvement needs. I don’t usually have a bad experience at Home Depot. But last week I was dreading going into the paint department because I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get the help I needed. Luckily, Seth was working that night, and was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I had to send him a shout out.

It's a new store so everything is still really nice. Big parking lot with plenty of spots and lighting. The interior is laid out well and the aisles are labeled. The prices are great and they constant have sales and promotions. This location has a lot of LED lighting and energy efficient items in stock. The employees are very helpful and will assist you with getting big items into your car. The staff I have interacted with were all knowledgeable and friendly.

Today i went to pick up an order this young man who works for Homedepot he was very helpful if al men were like him who take there job seriously . United states would be a better country with men who love and enjoy doing there job. Thank you mister Zak and keep up the good work i give him 10 🌟 👍.

I picked up some stain for an art project and got all the help I could ask for. The paint dept is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t understand I was using this for a painting and listened to me carefully while I explained the project. They got me what I needed and the painting turned out great!! See more on my insta!! I arrived just before 8AM on a Sunday to avoid the crowds and was in/out in under 5-minutes. My only pet peeve is that most registers are self checkouts, but that seems to be the new normal nowadays. The store is always clean and aisles are maintained w/ merchandise.

Henry Vaughn greeted me with a bright smile and immediately offered me assistance! He explained all about my tool rental process and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely be back.

i went to lumber and there was a girl there believe her name is Stephanie. She has great customer service 10/10 , she saw me having trouble with the wood (7 months preggo) & she helped me !! Thankyouu so much you made my trip to homedepot easy and fast ! God bless you

Well what can I say about this place...I practically live here...I come about 3 times a week. This is one of the many projects. But I can say wished the employee's would be a little more helpful at times.

I’d like to give praise to a summer wood Home Depot employee at store 1832 .His name is Chris Cervantes .This young man is the greatest example of dynamic customer service . I am a marine wife of a disable vet . I was in look of a storage building to make room in garage to store medical equipment as my husband was going thru hospice that day .Chris helped me first with Home Depot storage but it didn’t fit my need,but he didn’t give up and suggested another company.He was so kind and informative on the information .Now note I’ve been trying for a year to find one and Lowes refused to help me or even go online to help me . But Chris took time to explain it to me a senior . He didn’t know I had a bad morning trying to deal with hospice for my husband .But he helped me purchase a building. He answered my questions and just was the best experience I had that day by him giving detail to the need of a customer. I would ask you recognize this young man he great for your business and will go far for your company.If I still had my retail business I would hire him and let him train others his skill then I’d make him a supervisor .Thank you for such great people like Chis in your store . UPDATE: I noticed this time (9/2022) a lot of things were locked up that weren't before. Just a note. ***" Nice store, not as crowded compared to other locations. Affordable home improvement ideas and merchandise. Conveniently close to HEB.
Plants, large can liners, cleaning supplies and key making also available.

Mr Alan in plumbing was fantastic. He made my issue his issue until he solved it.

Thank you for the military discount! 🪖 Materials are where they say they are. The store is organized and well laid out. The smell of lumber and a walk in the garden center is soothing for me. This is our second trip this week, with many more to come. A young employee ran over to help us load our materials even though he had already collected carts in the parking lots. Thank you!

The Home Depot is a place where you can purchase just about any tool or part needed to fix just about anything in your home or business. It is the best hardware store around.

First time visiting this Home Depot. I placed my order online and went in the store to pick it up. Customer was friendly, short and sweet.
