It's rite aid....nice people who greet you. Help you if needed. I can add $ to my prepaid debit cards here. Always has just what I need.

I highly recommend this store as a great place to get your prescriptions filled especially with the care and consideration provided by one of their pharmacists, Rachel D. She is truly an amazing individual and I am very grateful for her support! Please don’t hesitate to take all your needs to this store!

My local Riteaid Store is always a joy to shop. They provide the quality service in both the store and pharmacy that a shopper should expect. It is easy to shop, very clean, almost always in stock, and has friendly associates to help me if necessary.

I have not visited this store for years. We did not like the store at all & have not been in. It has changed. After buying prescriptions across the street for years at Safeway we have finally had to take our business elsewhere as the Safeway Pharmacy employees have gone completely braindead & are less than worthless. So, I went across the street to RiteAid &, like I said, it has changed dramatically. Very nice, very clean, very helpful employees, quick friendly service, 1st class, I was very impressed. Was even greeted by the manager, Betty, & she is a doll. They were all extremely friendly. We will be doing business from now on with RiteAid in Kingston. Thank you for your help & your friendliness! The entire Staff at Ride Aide are incredibly accommodating to their customers. I’m writing this today because Of my experience that touched my heart. I have been coming to Rite Aide for four years. My late husband and I would frequently visit the store on a daily basis due to his illness. We both were so touched that each member will ask consistently “do you need anything?”. They will assist elderly people and find items for us and others. . I could mention everyone but i might run out of room. I will mention the Manager Betty Coker. She is the best! She will go the extra mile for her customers and her staff. She works hard because she cares. The Pharmacy Staff are wonderful. Mena and Rachel and Daniel. They care about the patients and people that have questions. Daniel always asks if I need help. My husband passed away I’m March and he loved the Staff. Please congratulate everyone in the store because life is so short and take the time to tell people that we appreciate them. I have a few friends that actually changed from their own Pharmacy to Rite Aide. They really are impressed with the service. So Thank You to all of you at the Kingston Rite Aide.

This is a great store. The staff are always friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The customer service is sincere which I appreciate. The chip reader system is too slow, but that's Rite Aids fault.

I shopped at Rite Aid for what I was looking for. Assistant asked me if I needed help right away where other stores do not. I appreciate the friendliest of personal and help they gave. He took me right where I needed to go.

I want to say thank you to one of the cashiers who helped me today. His name is Don. Thank you for your help and your kindness. I would definitely go back and shop at this store in the future.

I ran into problems with my sons insurance not wanting to cover his seizure meds.which are very expensive. Joy went above and beyond. And got it figured out.took so much stress off me.thank you so much joy!

Love this store! Great deals and plenty of stock.
