I have tried to contact this company for a week now about some pajamas I purchased from Wal-Mart that ruined my $200 Macy's sheets. The receptionist is rude. She told me she couldn't give her name out so then I asked to speak with her manager she then transferred me to a distribution ext that was very rude and advised she couldn't give out her name either. I mean where do they hire these people. I've been working customer service for over 20 years and would never treat a customer so rudely. There is nothing about customer service from this company only BAD SERVICE. 😠😠😠😠
I put a claim in Wal-Mart and they filed and sent it to this company. No wonder the pajamas were defected. If the customer service has a defect could not imagine who's making the PJ's.
There was someone name Tanya ext 128 whom has the only nice attitude that I've spoken with. However she was suppose to call me back a week ago..
