Kroger

When I tell you that self check out can be a real tricky thing and I believe it was the only way to check out. Fortunately, for me and other customers like me, the Kroger on Elam has an outstanding employee. Who quite frankly, needs a bonus, reward, or even a raise because Monica is awesome. Monica is her name and customer service and hard work is her game. I’m really glad that they have her because she almost brought me to tears to see how helpful she was. A elderly lady next to me forgot her groceries and she saw that and went out to find her and successfully found her in record time. While I was there she assisted me a few times. She also helped a few others. It was almost a one woman show. Monica handled everything in a professional and nice manner. Kroger please do something nice for her she truly deserves it. I never write reviews but I am taking the time on my 15 minute break because I don’t want to let this wonderful person slip my mind and neither should y’all. Monica I will be praying for you that you are blessed beyond measure.

Since I've been going to kroger in Balch Springs I've really enjoyed all the employees and management they are all the greatest and now I'm gonna be moving to waco and gonna miss kroger. Yall keep up the great service and won't find a better place like yall

Online grocery order and pickup is great but sometimes can be hit and miss with accidentally not getting 1 or 2 of your items. However with a quick phone call to the dept at store location, Misty is the amazing fixer. We truly appreciate her and her communication with us. She's professional and efficient. She makes sure the customer is happy and does it with a smile you can see through the phone! Thank you misty and the rest of the crew for grocery order and pickup. They are always very kind and helpful when bringing groceries to your vehicle. ♥

The pharmacy department is the best! Kevin is the manager and he and his staff truly takes care of their customers.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I did a store pickup today and the young lady who brought the groceries out was absolutely amazing. I could see her smile thru the mask and her upbeat personality made my experience better. Thanks so much!

Omg what can i say!! The manager over this store and his staff are extremely awesome!!! If i could give them more than 5 stars i would! This is my 2nd time shopping at this location....fairly new to this area. I'm 9 months pregnant due any day now.....came here to knock out my grocery list on a day hotter than hell !!!! It took me a good hour to finish it all up to get out to the car and have it not start (dead battery)! I went in to ask for help and the manager Jacob Palmer didn't hesitate to help me out the only thing is we had to wait until the way was clear from where i was parked for him to get to my car!! We go back in the store and he brings out chairs for me and my mom to sit until the way was clear to jump me! He keeps an eye out and finally someone moves, he pulls in and after about 10 minutes of trying to get it started it finally cranked up!! He also went as far as loading the groceries up in the car!! Truly an angel !!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!!😄

I love the deals here last time I came I saved 20 dollars !!!! And I also love that mostly they have self checkout too !! I suggest going here for more deals and the app is really good too you get more deals there too

I really like this Kroger, it convenient is clean plenty parking and handicapped parking and you can renew your registration there at the help counter after you go across the street to the Kwik Kar Lube & Tune to have your vehicle inspected first FYI.

Workers are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem shopping there

Why do people still use customer service outside of returns? It’s just weird that people still us it as a way to pay bills when you can pay online. It clogs up the store.

I love grocery shopping at Kroger! All the employees are friendly and the store is always clean. Lines are easy to get in and out of plus they always have good deals.

Always nice and they stock everything I need and use for cooking great meals.

I like this Kroger as its always clean, things are organized. Just dislike the long lines and not enough registers open sometimes.
