Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Tonight they did everything right and they were busy. When I ordered I had cars behind me and the line was full in front of me. They moved us along in a surprisingly timely manner, cashier was fast and friendly and the food was all handed to me in one swoop. Drinks were correct and without ice as ordered and they even had my side of mayonnaise for my French fries in there already. I had ordered 2 #5s: simple bacon cheeseburgers I'd been craving. When I got home, they were still hot and juicy and big.
The crew did very well tonight. They earned 5 stars.

I appreciate Braum's for their continued good value they provide in these inflationary times. Their burgers are just as big as ever. Their bag of burgers is a value that can't be beat.
However today I visited this location and only ordered a cup of coffee. Despite it being 1:00 PM and the coffee having run out, a young man on duty offered to make a fresh pot just for my order. He then brought it to my table. Exceptional service.

Delicious ice cream, I always opt for a chocolate shake. Also love the grocery section, their milk cannot be beat and usually is cheaper than the grocery store.

This is a very nice Braum's. The employees were cheerful, the ice cream amazing, especially the cappuccino. My husband got a double hot fudge sundae and the fudge was hot. Their milk is the best in town.

The store was very clean despite the fact that I dropped a shake and made a terrible mess. They quickly cleaned up my mess and provided me a replacement drink.

All the while multiple people smiling and telling me no problem

The service was quite quick which I haven't noticed at other braums

If they did this more than once they would be the best one in town I think

Love the burgers especially the number 1. We go regularly to eat at Braum’s and this location is the best quality and customer service. They always get out order correct and food is delicious.

Quick meal and it was absolutely delicious! This braums was clean, the service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

Braums is reliably consistent as a dairy store, ice cream parlor, and grill. The atmosphere is functional.

Always friendly. Always great food. Our son is highly allergic to chocolate and they always clean off the shake machines or pull out a dedicated one so he can enjoy a vanilla shake without fear of cross contamination. Most of the employees even know us and start the process on their own. A well managed, clean store!

Excellent food and customer service. I got combo #5: bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I also got four chicken strips with gravy sauce.

friends in the area let me baby sit their kids. went went to dinner and afterwards the boys were chanting Braum's in the car...so we went to Braum's. the staff was very patient as we let the kids decide what flavors they wanted. Then the staff quickly served us and the prices were awesome. This was a memorable experience for both the kids and us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Braum's. Thank you Braum's staff for doing your part!

Foodie Miss Mary here, Love their butter pecan ice cream...two scoopes in a cup satisfies my sweet tooth. A local can't miss with the ice cream

This another Braums with outstanding service, I got the biscuits and gravy combo and out of all the Braums in Tulsa and Broken Arrow this one actually served biscuits that weren't hard I could actually cut them with the plastic fork and the place was immaculately clean considering they were very busy this morning . To the crew and management Thank you for a good experience.

We absolutely love Braums hamburgers! And of course the ice cream flavors are the best.

We had the fried chicken clubs. They were great.

I missed braums back in Vegas...the food...the ice cream..groceries if needed....always a must when I visit home! Be thankful, places aren't like this other places.

I mean it's Brahms they don't really ever screw up my order and the food usually pretty good for the most part but if you get milkshakes or ice cream you're pretty much never going to be disappointed no matter what

The ice cream is delicious. We also buy our milk here. It is much better tasting than other grocery stores, and substantially cheaper.

I cannot eat diary products anywhere else but Braums because I'm lactose intolerant. Braums is the one place I can have Ice Cream again and drink milk from that DOES "NOT" cause me issues. IF YOUR LACTOSE INTOLERANT, GIVE BRAUMS A TRY.
