Robert at the 61st and Mingo location has been amazing and helped so much! The power button on my phone wasn't working and he took the time to set up a feature to bypass use of the power button so I could turn my phone on! I explained how important this was because of my children and he took the time to find a solution for me! Such a blessing 🙌 Thank you so much Robert! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful experience. Dre' was very helpful. He walked me through everything and explained in detail what needed to be done. Purchased phones to add to my account and since he was so freaking helpful, I went ahead and purchased cases. Cricket is a big company but authorized distributors need help like any small business.
