Frequent flyer! Love how unique this place is. I always stop for a tea or açaí bowl after my workouts across the stress. A healthy treat! And the staff is always very nice and helpful. Will continue to come back.

My favorite addiction, my favorite people and the best tea in town!!! You will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is the best I've seen yet and I've tried several places. I cannot say enough things about Amber & Haley along with their staff. The positive energy, the best recipes, the decoration, the vibes & most of all the friendly welcome they give you just makes you want to go back. My favorite is Beast (beauty tea) and my newest love is Dolly which is another beauty tea.

My girlfriend comes here literally every day! She always gets the shake and tea combo. Her go-to shake is the Lemon Shorty and her tea is the Southern Belle. I’m a big fan of the Firefly tea but tried the Beach Babe tea today (silly name but awesome flavor). I highly recommend Nutrition Nova! I’m excited to see they have açaí bowls now too!

Loved the first Tea I picked out with help from Amber! Super yummy and excellent service! Sun kissed tea was amazing! Can’t wait to come back again and try other flavors ! You get a lot of beverage and nutrition for your dollar. It is a little more pricy than your Tall Starbucks, but packed with more nutrition and you still get the same energy punch! Love love love this place ! Great people and great drinks! Stop in and Find your favorite ASAP!

The shop was super cute. Absolutely loved the decor!!!

We got:
Happy Camper tea- I was not a fan. Kind of tart
Watermelon Jolly Rancher tea- I liked it. Tart and woke me up
Samoa Protein Shake- I really liked it. I did not eat breakfast so it did keep me full. Between that and the tea I was satisfied and had some extra energy
Wedding Cake protein shake- One sip and threw it out. I did not like the flavor. It was pretty though.
Price was reasonable for shakes. More expensive than Starbucks for the tea but for a once in awhile treat I would do it.

Staff was mixed. One was rude- rude in a sense of not friendly. I had never been and wanted help on choosing what to get (I did not care about flavors but what is the most popular). She looked like she did not want to be there. The other girl was nice and actually acted like she liked her job.

Not sure I will be back although I feel great and I am not sure if that was from the tea or the shake since I tried both. I would like to try banana nut.. They were out of the Captain America because that looks pretty that and mermaid.

I think it is definitely worth a try even if you just go once.

Great service and tasty shakes! I got the coconut creme pie shake, which was super filling and tastes like dessert. Will definitely be returning as a regular 👍

Now when i say these protein shakes are the best ever.. I MEAN IT. First off the energy they give you is amazing! secondly, the fact that you can indulge in something that tastes super good and not feel guilty about it is always a plus. I love the work ethic i see when i go in and the entire environment is so incredibly lit welcoming. I wish i could go every day it’s so amazing. If you haven’t tried it, you need to. And if you never try it.. then are you even living?

I should have left this review months ago. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that this place, is one of the best around! Hands-down! Not only are the owners amazing, the product is fabulous, and every staff member that works there, is wonderful! No matter how many times I go in, which is probably every single day during the week, everybody there is always friendly, warm , welcoming, fun and encouraging! Even if they’re SWAMPED, everyone still has a smile on their face and are ALWAYS willing to help you!!! Their teas are HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever had and ALWAYS top notch!! The shakes are phenomenal and I don’t LOVE protein tastes! They know that about me already, because they’ve taken the time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes. And still the shakes are wonderful!!! To the post beneath mine, I am SHOCKED that this would even be a review, number one, because this not at all the type of place that would receive a review like this, number two, because as you can see from other reviews, this clearly isn’t a place like what you’re stating and number three, if this was something you’ve felt!?! Why would you leave such a review instead of speaking to an owner first!?! Giving someone a second chance before leaving this type of review. Yes, they were completely slammed, it would be because, they are amazing, and like I stated, their product is amazing. Hey, did you know that they also have the option for you to call in your order? So mornings, if you were busy, your time is not taken up by waiting in line for your drink? That’s another reason why it might’ve taken just a little bit longer than normal. Because not only are they helping the people inside their building, but they are also helping the people on the phones such as yourself. I would really suggest, instead of leaving such a nasty review, such an untrue review, that you would really open your heart, and allow yourself, the chance to REALLY know what Nutrition Nova is really about.

Not only are the owners wonderful and welcoming, but they have also trained a very pleasant staff. The environment is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Most important, I have never tasted a bad tea or shake from this store. Make sure you try the donut shot when you visit here!

This is the absolute best shake and tea place. I drive all the way from Murfreesboro to get a shake and tea. The shakes are thick and creamy, not watered down! LOVEEEEEEE THIS PLACE! ❤❤❤

From the moment they opened i knew i would be a customer as i have had experience with there products before at other shops but what stood out to me is how friendly amber an Hailey are the whole staff is welcoming i literally go as much as i can not only do the products taste great they are wonderful for your body i struggle with energy an after a tea i feel like my old 8 year old. energized self again i encourage anyone to check it out

I have an auto immune disease and it’s a struggle getting through the day.The staff is very helpful in helping me decide which tea to get but if I had to pick just one I would say blue raspberry is my favorite.The boost of energy it gives me is amazing! I’m moving out of state soon and I hope my new city has a spot where I can continue getting teas (I’ve become addicted) haha
