RC Cattle & Meats

This is the second time I had steaks from RC and I haven't been disappointed. We got skirt steak and grilled it with our Latin seasonings. The meat was deliciously tasty, juicy, and tender. Is the greatest skirt steak I've ever tasted since moving to the United States.
We also purchased some ribs and are excited to make a great soup!!!

I found RC Cattle & Meats when my normal place didn’t have the brisket I needed for a party I was having and I am so glad I did. It was the best brisket I have had and got complements from everyone. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

I've never been a big fan of ground beef, but their ground beef is amazing! I use it in everything!! The steaks are, hands down, the best we've ever eaten!! No matter the cut you get. It's also wonderful to know the family takes such pride in their business. They are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure you are more then satisfied with your purchase!!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!

I wanted to try some good Local Tennessee Beef and RC Cattle and Meats changed my life. I did not know that a humble Chuck Roast could taste that good. I basically had to dump it out of the crockpot, it was so tender. The meat had perfect marbling on it, it was not fatty, or gristly at all. I also picked up some Strips and I cannot wait until the weather changes and I can can throw them on 'Ole Fireball and grill them. Don't hesitate, call them Now. You won't regret it!

Wow!!! Best Beef we have ever eaten!!! Everything we have had from RC Cattle & Meats is Delicious!! We had hamburger patties tonight!! Again, just perfect!! We will never buy beef anywhere else!!! Thank you for bringing fresh frozen beef to Gladeville!! ❤❤

I have had the pleasure of using their sirloin steaks, beef sliders, and fajita strip steak. I am happy to report all three are the best beef products, heck the best meat products period, I have ever had the pleasure to cook and eat at home. I am looking forward to getting my next batch! Do yourself a favor and buy this beef!
