The women working tonight had the biggest heart.. I'm a single mom went in to get some pizzas with my ebt for me n my kiddos n I went to put them in the car n ran back into go get the pizzas as she gave the kids dessert for free 3 donuts for free just because she wanted to bless them I didn't ask or seem in need she just did it out the goodness of her heart .. lord bless these owners n these workers for just being kind .. thank you ma'am.

Great location off Miles and 190. Staff is super cheerful and welcoming. The gas price is more competitive than nearby stations, so you usually will get a great price.
The store is brand new and kept very clean. There are plenty of pumps, an ATM, bathrooms, and any snack you could imagine.

Very busy & congested. Do a gas station fence diagram on a geo map and you'll understand that some of us have no last minute choices. The pump printers are often out of paper (nearly a dozen times in the last year) and the store clerk prints a random copy upon request!???

I’ve been knowing your workers since they were at 7 eleven on firewheel parkway. They are all the originals with great customer service. As for whoever orders please bring back the Starbucks espresso double shots (not those Starbucks energy drink double shots🤮), please bring back the Green pearadise Monster energy drinks, and please bring back the Mexican candy that you guys got rid of at the beginning of Covid. I stopped by for Columbia roast coffee today and it was out as well as the drinks mentioned above PLEASE HELP.

The Slurpee machine was not good because it was not mixing correctly!

I live nearby and have been to this location many times over the years. Unfortunately it’s quite the poor experience all around. Air station is always out of order. Half the pumps are incredibly slow. So slow that it can take up to 15 minutes to fill your vehicle. The majority of the staff inside have very poor communication skills and overall terrible customer service. To cap it all off, the store is usually very dirty including sticky floors, disheveled shelves, and the front register counters are crowded with junk.

New & clean location and excited to be my “neighbor” gas. Initail pump. No problem. 2nd visit with air inflation. Use credit card... not working. Insert 6 quarters.... nothing happened. Went inside for assistance. Female said it was broken with the red sign warning that i did not pay attention. I replied there was no sign at all. Iasked for refund $1.50 but was refused simply she has no responsibility. I asked for refund simply Because of integrity. Will not be my station even it’s close. Attitude is unprofessional and careless.

Im embarrassed to have this store in Sachse. It’s the first things you see coming off PGBT and it’s become an eyesore. It’s always dirty both inside and out and all the landscaping is either dead or about to die.

The city and 7-11 corporate need to hold this owner accountable especially since he wants to open yet another store in the city.

Today, pumps 15 and 13 do not work. Yesterday 15, 13, and 11 were down. No signs that say they aren’t working. You have to keep driving pump to pump. I went in to tell the person working. She looked up from her cell phone annoyed I was there. I told her every day they have pumps down with no signage. She said she knows and they come out every day to fix. Totally ridiculous!! The rest of the reviews say the same thing. Someone please help this location.

Pump #8 is broken and overflows! Ye auto fill did not work and the pump kept going, spilling about a gallon of gas on the concrete before we could stop it.

Also- Store is close to the house but is the worst store in the area. The manager puts NOTHING into upkeep (floor in store, counters, etc..), general maintenance, landscaping (all trees are dead and grass is dead), and trash removal (trash all over gas pumps, in grass area, etc)
It is only 4 years old and looks 40 years old.

Finally- it is the ONLY 7//11 in the area with gas, yat does NOT participate in the 7/11 gas points program. You Corporate guys need to I spent this store

Every time I go to this store I get so disappointed, this place smells like SEWERS do they use any cleaning chemicals? I saw this lady and that guy using the MOP I’m assuming they just move the dirt around?🤔😤 can you imagine how they clean those COFFEE MACHINES?! 🤢🤮
I’m not taking any chances, not going to this place again.

Hire a cleaning service company or get them fired.

I've been visiting this place for years because I live nearby. Despite being a busy spot, the owners still haven't fixed their leaking toilets. For years, there's been a constant smell of human waste, which is really unpleasant. To make matters worse, the staff here are quite rude.

My family DISOWNED me after going here! 2 days after I went here, my dog pooped in my shoe. I HATE MY LIFE!!! ITS ALL BECAUSE OF 7-ELEVEN. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Closest gas station to where I live, and by far I had two of the worst experiences, but this one just messed me up. Let me start by saying I’m not one to carry cash for this exact reason.

I just went to the location to cash out a lotto ticket and a scratch off totaling $5. I purchased 2 drinks and a bag of chip totaling $6.49, and I also purchased $5 in lotto tickets with the $5 I had originally won. So my total was still at $6.49, I paid with a $20 and only received $3.00 and some change. Went back and the lady with the light red hair called me a liar and that I had lost the money, knowing Dammm well I put the money in my wallet as soon as she gave it to me.

I asked her to count her register and she said no. So now I’m out $10.00. When I asked for corporate number she gave me the wrong number. Yes I made a complaint but I’m still out $10 until all this gets resolved.
