The staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the prices were significantly lower than other FedEx retail locations. I appreciate that the store also has a few unique items for sale at a very reasonable price.

Always efficient, courteous, and willing to assist with anything should I need more than simply dropping off a package to be shipped.

I ship UPS and FED x packages and always bring them here . The owners are awesome and can really box a shipment up so it will arrive safely.
If you need something shipped this is the place to go!

I visited late Thursday and it was quite busy. Let me tell you, Andrew the worker bee apologized for our wait! He was doing everything he could to wait on everyone as timely as possible. Great job!

Could not ask for better services at this locally owned business. Skip the big box names for all of your shipping, printing, and everything in between services and products. I will definitely pass the word to support this local awesome business. They are very personable, professional and knowledgeable! Bella is also a delight! Thank you!

This place is such a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and visit this local business! Andrew was SO kind and helpful when I visited. He makes anything to do with shipping much less intimidating if you have any questions! Don’t waste time driving all around town to go to FedEx, UPS or USPS. They can print (free for thermal shipping labels, paid paper prints - reasonably priced & incredibly convenient). I’d give this shop and their customer service more stars if I could!

I’m done with MT. Juliet PO. It’s unnecessary to be so rude to paying customers who need a little guidance for things they have never done. I was told I could not overnight a friend’s forgotten laptop to her bc it was “used”. I went to the Mail and Package Center and not only was I able to overnight it; the lady here seemed happy to help me. I’ve always had good luck with this place and don’t even know why I went to the PO to begin with.

I had a very large package to ship. They spent time to pack it up so it would withstand the trip. They found the best price for shipping also. Highly recommend.

everyone here is very friendly. you can use the computers to type or print, obviously they mail for you, and they also sell some little random things like candies and such. theres even a little play area for kids. I drive out of my way to come here solely for the warm vibes.
