Loft is one of my go to stores. The sizes are consistent so I can order online and it almost always fits. The customer service is always pretty good and except for the frilly stuff, I often find things that I like.

I absolutely love shopping at this location. I miss all the sales associates. They are always so nice and kind. Very attentive! Very helpful. I’ve been shopping on line and the experience is not the same. I miss the true shopping experience in the store.

The sales associates were willing to help me find items and went to get smaller sizes while I was in the fitting room. One associate also helped me get the best discount.. I love discounts!!
