Excellent customer service. I was looking for an item. An employee who was doing other work saw me looking for my item—stopped what he was doing and spent several minutes going through stock boxes to find my item. He then took me to an unoccupied register for checkout. After I checked out, he took a minute and bragged on the store (he was not the manager!). I left thoroughly impressed. Any store that has employees bragging on it will definitely get my repeat Business!

I was looking for a new Cross pen as well as new refills for my other Cross pens. An employee asked if I found what I was looking for. I told him "no" and he asked what it was I needed. I told him and he immediately found the refills and then went into the storeroom and found a Cross pen and pencil set that was perfect for my needs. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

I had to print some documents since our printer decided to stop working. My experience with the self-service printer was amazing!!! It was so easy to follow the instructions and it only took 5 minutes of my time. Highly recommend!

Clean, open area store with friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable employees. Request for copies were completed in the time frame quoted. Copies were sharp colored and totally satisfactory. Will definately be using this store again, for more items.
