I, sincerely, appreciate him sitting me down and fine tooth combing all options available for my new Carlinville Home... moved up from Atlanta, GA... he explained and even made calls to Corporate to verify prices and availability in other stores... I didn't realize all the wonderful prices and other nearby locations to choose from... he sold me on 2 items that I will pick later... Seth, truly, cares about His Clients... I love the furniture I bought at Billy's! Thomas was a great sales associate. He was very helpful. Gabe and JR did an awesome job of delivering our furniture and setting it up the way we wanted it. They made my month! I couldn't be happier!

We were very satisfied with Billy's Furniture. They had a big selection to look through in the large showroom. The workers were all very helpful but would also leave us alone when we wanted to look around by ourselves. We are very happy with what we purchased and the whole delivery process went very smoothly.

Such a huge selection. I was greated by the owner, such a friendly and helpful man. Billy worked with me to give me the best deals. And the quality and costs are AMAZING!

DO NOT GO HERE! My boyfriend and I went in looking for new furniture and placed an order for a couch, loveseat, and rug. The lady who helped us called after we left and said she forgot to charge us for the rug so if we still wanted it we would have to come back and order it separately. We decided to go without, not a huge deal. We found out AFTER we payed for our order it would take 6-8 weeks, possibly longer with Covid. We have called repeatedly trying to get a status update and estimated delivery date and always get the answer, let me call the warehouse and I will call you back. Never once got a return phone call. I called this morning to get a refund and they don't do refunds either. To summarize, we weren't notified about a waiting period until after a non refundable payment changed hands. We weren't notified the payment was non refundable until it was requested. We can't get a return phone call with a simple status update for something already paid for. Absolutely horrible experience.

Bought a rocker recliner from them about seven eight months ago and it's already broke spent $600 on it and didn't even last a year
