Purchase an oxygen acetylene welding kit. Got back to the shop and found the unit was defective. I called and was told to bring the unit back to the store. When I got there I was told they couldn't refund my money because the unit was now used. It took a number of phone calls but they finally agreed to issue a refund but with a 15% restocking fee to cover cost of repairs. Remember this unit was defective right out of the box! Another 15 minutes and I received a total refund. This is one hell of a way to conduct business.
