First class experience start to finish. I was hesitant buying a car from a dealer out of state but my salesperson Daniel made it a smooth transaction. Daniel sent me pictures and face timed me to give me a closer look at the vehicle. Once I agreed to buy the car, I bought a plane ticket to Pitt. and Daniel coordinated to pick me up at the airport. Timmy in finance was able to beat my credit union and there were no hidden costs or bush fees. I highly recommend these guys, first class dealer group!

I was treated as if I was royalty!!!! A+++++++++++ I saw a car I was interested in on the internet. I called to make sure it was there and set up an appointment. The sales manager, Dwayne, a real gentlemen and a very friendly guy, called me back to verify the appointment and introduce me to my salesman Thomas. (another young friendly honest guy) He said the car would be in front of the blue building when we arrived. We pulled in after a 100 mile drive and the car had just been washed and because it was a very cold windy day they had it in an enclosed garage ready to go. We were greeted at the door by Dwayne and turned over to Thomas. The whole experience was friendly, efficient, professional an experience I have never had in the 40 years I've been buying cars. Nick, the finance manager was cordial and took time to explain everything. I love my new used vehicle and will always remember this buying experience. I WILL be back in January to replace my wife's car. Thank you all again.

I purchased a GREAT SUV at a GREAT price yesterday! My overall experience with the dealership was A++++++. Brian (Salesman) approached me on the lot immediately, answered all my questions and off on a test drive we went! Financing.....no problem and below the monthly payment I had requested. This review is for Wright Genesis in Wexford!
Buying a new car can sometimes be like going to the dentist - It's not fun. My husband and I are both seniors and have made many car purchases. Our latest purchase, a Genesis G90, let us know that all car dealerships are not the same! We dealt with 2 people - Cory Swanberg, a salesman, and Rick Smith, the General Sales Manager. From the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful experience working with Cory and Rick. We couldn't be any happier with our G90! If anyone is looking for a luxury sedan, we highly recommend that you stop at Wright and give the Genesis G90 a look.

Wright Saab Service: When going to the Saab service location (further north than the larger locations on rt 19), the waiting area is in the showroom, very friendly, coffee, very nice restrooms and service staff is thorough (finding a recall I was unaware of), honest and forthright.

Ryan (or was it Bryan, not great with names) worked with me, and I say 'with me', because he wanted to hear my needs and took notes. I never felt like unneeded services were pushed or like I wasn't taken seriously. As we all know, a lot of shops treat you like you're an idiot. Honest guy and honest service - which is what I expect when paying the dealer rates for service.

Only Complaint: I called a couple weeks ago to schedule more service, and left a voicemail. Was never called back.

Note: The Saab building is completely different from the more entry level vehicle locations, very classy. I'm not sure what kind of treatment you'd get at the other buildings. (My Saab is old, so I was impressed, I'm not part of the well-off crowd.)

I recently bought a new Silverado from Wright, more directly with Lenny Donner, and it was a great experience & terrific deal. I traveled all the way from Jersey based on a friends suggestion, glad I did. Result is I now consider Lenny a friend, what a terrific guy. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also very friendly and helpful.

If I buy again or have a friend looking for a new car / truck I'll tell them to make their life easy as well as getting a great deal by just calling Lenny.

Went in for warranty work on my car (Takata airbag recall). Very professional and polite staff. Car was in and out quicker than they promised. No complaints about working on a SAAB and they even perform limited service on Saturdays! All other Pittsburgh area Official SAAB Service Centers should look to Wright as the right way to do customer service.

My husband, 3 year old, and I went to go look for a car last week. We didn’t have an appointment. We walked in and Evan greeted us within seconds. He asked us if we wanted to sit down and so we did. Before asking us what we needed, he offered us something to drink and a snack. This service was already better than the other dealership that we had just left. We sat down and Evan asked us all of the information that he needed to find us the right car for us. Within 5 minutes, he had an idea and showed us on the computer a car that he thought we would like. He told us all about the car and asked us if we wanted to see it. We said yes even thought I didn’t think I would like it. He pulled the car right out front and it kind of felt like I was getting the red carpet treatment. The car was very clean (used car) and he showed the different features on the out side of the car then showed us the inside. My husband was the first to try it out. My husband is 6’4” so we needed to make sure he could A) fit in the car and B) have enough leg room. He was in love with all of the leg room he would have (one of the details we informed Evan about before). Because it would primarily be my car, Evan asked if I wanted a test drive. Of course! Evan went with me and my husband and 3 year old stayed back. My husband stated that everyone there came up and said hello to them and was very nice while they waited. After coming back Evan asked how I liked the car. He left and brought back papers on how much the car would be and what my options where. There was no pressure. He gave us time to think and talk about it. We ended us buying the car. We absolutely love it. We needed to go back on to give them papers to the car I traded in and I informed Evan that I had left my eZpass in my old car and a couple of other things. He came back with everything.

I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE! It’s always nice to see happy people working, meaning the business treats them well. I’m so happy with everything!

Best customer service. I needed a battery and the salesman offered to install it for free for me, on the spot. He didn't need to do that, and I could have done it at home easily. He was just being kind to a guy in need of a battery on a cold day. Thank you!

Bob Wright and his team at Napa go out of there way to keep our landscape company up and running. When we need parts they bring them the same day. When we need the best price they deliver every time. The guys in the store are helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Napa location!
