AT&T Store

Great experience…Krystal was awesome. Purchased 3 phones for my family and she problemed solved and made it happen. My family members are super happy with their phones. She also was working alone and managed through a rush of people while delivering exceptional customer service to them as well. Your team is very lucky to have her!

I stopped into this store to get an upgrade on my phone. The store is under new management and I'm very grateful I chose this store to go to. I think the staff is very energetic and knowledgeable. Very happy to have them help me through this switch as it can be overwhelming. They were all very honest and reliable.

I was at the ATT store for some assistance and Krystal, the store rep, was very helpful.

Customer service was excellent even with multitasking with a couple of other customers. I would bring friends and family here.

Cassandra helped me with an upgrade to my iPhone. She was helping several customers and really was great at making sure we all were taken care of. She is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive! Great job Cassandra and thank you for all your help!

The service was excellent, even though they were quite busy. The representative made everyone feel quite comfortable and worked between all the groups of waiting customers. Making us all feel quite comfortable that he was very invested in making sure we were all served quickly and thoroughly

Tevin Rush was AMAZING! Professional & considerate - without prompting he researched & found a much better plan for our family. Then framed in a friendly conversation he found 2 more cost saving measures based on our memberships & budgetary restrictions. He is Kind & Intelligent gentleman -an excellent representative of the best of AT&T! Employees like him are why we chose to switch carriers 3 years ago and remain with AT&T despite uneven service & treatment. In one visit he balanced out many of the disappointing encounters& service we received during the pandemic from AT&T.

She was smiling and answered all my questions clearly and heped me understand the best plan and phone to choose even though i didn't get anything at the time because of her amazing customer service this is where ill always go.

We recently purchased a new phone from AT&T. Justin, who has helped us previously, is always very professional and friendly. We received the phone through the mail. My husband and I had some challenges setting the phone up. However, we brought the phone over to AT&T And Justin was able to get a new phone set up for us in no time at all. He even assisted us with putting on the new OtterBox for the phone. I hope his supervisors are reading these reviews. Justin always does a great job taking care of the customers.
