Great customer service from Mary (Orchard store in Aurora) , she made sure the paint was the exact color like the sample I provided, she was polite, kind and knowledgeable, she told me how proud she is of working at Home Depot for 18 years!!! You are so lucky to have her as part of your team.

The customer service in this specific store was ridiculous. Associate will not ask you if you need help with anything, and if you do ask, it’s like you’re bothering them. The associates are not attentive at self check out and do not check the measurements of items, and when I approached the head cashier about this issue, she brushed me right off and told me to have a good day and walked away

Mary in paint is an absolute delight to deal with my contractor has issues with communication and Mary is always so kind and understanding . Thank you Mary !

Ginger was very helpful signing-up my company for the Pro account. They promptly corrected & resolved the issue with my personal & business accounts.

Went to the store to purchase lighting accessories, and was assisted by an employee, mr. Scott. That was very helpful, and he didn't merely point in the general direction of what I needed, he walked me to it. Great customer service interaction offering great prices and a very clean store. Mask are required and hand sanitizer is available in several areas for customers use. Job well done by Home Depot and a shout out to Scott for going the extra mile.

The only thing that would make Home DePot the #1 home improvement store is if they had a rebate program and had a lumber yard like Menards so loading wood would be so much easier. Menards has all that and still has better prices than Home DePot. Home Depot has better brands though because I really like Ryobi and Milwaukee

I love that this store is in my neighborhood. It's so easy to run over and pick up what I need for any project.

I've always enjoyed shopping at this Home Depot. It is well stocked and the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to be helpful. Well it doesn't always have everything I'm after it has most of what I'm after and for those other rare items I can order them off the internet. I do like the convenience of their online ordering where you can just walk up to the front of the store and using a special code they give you pick up your item from the storage lockers. This is a real-time saver and a very helpful feature which I hope they continue.

Great customer service. Went in there to buy a bag of charcoal and a shelf for my room the employees there were a great help!

I Noticed a Huge Difference in Wood Quality Between the Oswego Store & North Aurora Store. I live in Oswego so although it is closer I find my self having to Dig through piles of wood to find straight wood.

I went to the North Aurora Location Today & Realized why. They have someone going through the wood straighten it out and pulling out bowed wood. The wood is stacked straight, tight and orderly.

After asking to speak to a manager to compliment them on the Structure and Orderly Fashion of the Lumber department it was Clear why there is such a difference between the stores. The Manger was Retired Army who obviously brought his Military Structured background into his management.

Good place. I like Minards a little more

Mary in the paint section was very friendly and helpful. I went for paint and she helped me with other things I didn't even realize I needed. I forgot they can help with electrical work and Mary set it up for me right away. I had someone calling me within minutes to help me with a small fix with my outdoor lighting.

Trying to put together large galvanized nails with washers, neither of which had prices on them. Julissa was very helpful at checkout in getting the prices quickly and without causing me stress. I appreciated her knowledge of the system and her great attitude!

This home depot is amazing. They were so helpful in helping me coordinate my large order so that my contractor could pick it up. Angela Hicks went the extra mile in making sure everything went smoothly for us and we got what we needed. Would highly recommend!
