Michaels

We went to the store with a frame of art that needed repaired to see if they could do it. They could not do that type of complicated repair, however they gave us the name of a place we could take it to (and that place is fixing it right now). I am very pleased that they gave us a good recommendation. We also bought 3 frames for other art we need to hang. As always, Michael's has a lot of items in stock and helpful staff too.

This "Michael's" location is always well stocked and well staffed.

They do a great job of keeping the store clean and easy to navigate. There is always a store associate nearby to help answer questions or help you find what you're looking for.

Absolutely astonishing customer service! i have always gotten so much friendly help while selecting the perfect frames for my very special custom artworks! Rylee and Becca have been so patient and absolutely wonderfully helpful with me. Rylee genuinely has a creative heart and eye, with the most pleasing, greeting smile, i am always sure to feel welcome at Michaels. i have had so many insightful and inspiring conversations with Becca and Rylee and i am so happy to say i shop at Michaels :)

Always have everything I need. Lots of crafts to choose from. Depends on your craft choice. Fragrance oils, essential oils. Plastic jars with lids. Kids crafts. Things to decorate your home.

Ordered on-line then picked up when ready. Workers in store were very nice and helpful!

I ordered two containers online because there was a better sale online than in store and then I picked it up inside the store no problems it was ready everything was good to go very easy and much much cheaper doing The 30% off purchase online plus my rewards so I ended up paying $0 and still have credit left I call that a good day
