Prince was our waiter and he was exceptional! Very courteous, very knowledgeable of the menu and specials and very clean cut. Hair was fabulous! The food was tasty as ever, everything was delicious and we will definitely be coming back to try more of your options! Great, clean, cozy, welcoming restaurant.

We decided to go to Carrabba’s for Valentines Day! Our service was great from Ethan, our server, the food was excellent, we got the Johnny Trio! Delicious. Pasta could have had a little more flavor, but other than that everything was great. The general manager, Blake, even stopped by to see how our night was, and how everything went. We thought that was a nice touch of extra service in class.

We will definitely be going back soon!

Wife ordered online. I parked in the online pickup place right by the front door. They brought me my food without me even having to text or do anything. Food was tasty. Serving sizes were large. I don’t know how much it cost.

Sat in the bar area and had Sam, who was an exceptional server. Speed, quality, temperature and taste were all on point. Topped off our mea with a visit from the managing partner, who made sure we had a great meal. That personal touch is sincerely appreciated when splurging on a dinner for two. Thanks!

I always enjoy the service and food at Carrabas in Portage. However, the service tonight was especially nice. The woman who greeted me at the door was so genuinely kind. The server, Samantha E., also had a genuinely kind personality. Her service was not fake or forced in any way. Also, the gentleman who delivered the meals seemed to genuinely care about our needs and was so attentive. What a treasure you have in these people working for you.

This was our first time going to Carrabba's, but it won't be the last! The server we had was amazing and the food was phenomenal. Inside was quite close quarters (and the parking was scarce), but that's just because the place is SO loved.

Dinner was acceptionally nice and filling. Decided on the Trio plate, with chicken parm, creamy Alfredo, and lasagna with a nice tossed salad.
Crusty bread with seasoned dipping oil was a perfect meal. Enough left over for lunch the next day! Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about ingredients and flavors. It's definitely a place to relax and enjoy a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere with friends and family.

Our server Madison was Outstanding. She was very busy, and never missed a beat. Our order was perfect, she was very attentive and had a smile on her face from start to finish. She was a true breath of fresh air.

My husband and I went out for date night. I got the Chicken Piccata and my husband got their new shrimp and steak pasta, it was amazing. When we go out this is our go to spot.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant in the Kalamazoo area and we have a few, locally owned, very good ones. It is a franchise but the food is created, on site, from a chef. The customer service is impeccable as well. My favorite is any cut of steak I choose, with Marsala sauce on it. The loaves of warm bread to dip in olive oil and herbs, keep you quite happy while you wait. The salads are fresh, the soups delicious, as is everything on the menu! If you’re a wine lover, they have wine that pairs well with every course and suggestions if you aren’t sure. Try this restaurant either for a special occasion or just becauserrick

This trip on 2/10/23, found us with a fantastic server, Derrick James, who was above and beyond an excellent model for service perfection and the friendliest, but professional service our Kalamazoo/Portage Carabbas is known for!

Prince took care of our table, we had about 15 people and he did a excellent job! We live close by and come here often, your staff is excellent!

Wonderful time for a birthday dinner. The server had good knowledge and a great attitude, he wasn’t pushy on anything and gave us the time to make our decisions. The food was quality and delicious. Wine, entrees, and the desert had a candle for the birthday person.

Service was absolutely amazing. Our servers/waiters were very kind and respectable on all levels. They were all definitely gentleman. We ordered the lasagna. It was outstandingly good by far! I haven't had lasagna that hits home or hits the spot like this restaurant.

Our waiter Ethan on Sat Feb 17th was the best ever. You should be proud to have him represent your restaraunt. When we come back we will request him.

1st time guest. Wonderful food and service. Appetizers with the fresh bread and olive oil was a meal in of itself. The mussels were sweet and tender and succulent. Had the right combination of garlic to onions ratio. The broth was great for dipping my fresh baked bread slices. Shrimp/Scallops pasta was a hit! Cooked to perfection. Whenever I am back in Kalamazoo, Michigan again, I look forward to dining there again.

This lady named Olivia took my call on carside and was very helpful explaining the menu. When I went to pick it up she immediately greeted me at my car and brought out my food right after. Fast worker and great attitude. Haven’t had a great carside experience and this was the best service I’ve ever gotten so far. Would order again. Carrabbas needs to see what this girl is doing!

Food was absolutely perfect and amazing. The service by our waiter was phenomenal. The atmosphere is great, although we were crowded badly. Tables should be rearranged to allow for more privacy and more room. Other than that, the place is well kept, clean, neat. The staff were very helpful and insightful. Food was just amazing. I highly recommend this place for a family evening out. But expect to spend your money. My bill for 2 adults and a child was $75. Regular meals. However, I tipped our wonderful waiter $25 bc the service was beyond what our had ever seen. Carrabba's.....THANK YOU!!!

Our server's name was Prince, he was fantastic. Food was absolutely amazing, delicious meals for our entire party of 16. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.
