Lowe's has been extremely helpful in helping install my own water heater. I am currently installing laminate and trim in 2 bedrooms. Being able to deliver or pick up the materials has been a huge help.

I went to get a garage door opener and had to take it back and get another one due to not all parts were there. Then after getting the 2nd one nearly assembled, had to go back again because 1 of the pieces was damaged. But this didn't stop all the good customer service staff that handled the situation to help me out with replacing the part. Great service with no hassle ever. 5 star

I was looking at crown molding options. Their prices are similar to other "box stores," but what I liked is that there were people who seemed to actually know what they were talking about for assistance. Unlike the first store I went to, where I was unable to find anyone except the one person monitoring the 4-6 self-service check-outs.

Had to pick up a few tools for work after I got off working a 12hr shift 🙃 😴 Ruben was there today he is so awesome 👌🏽 👏🏽 👍🏽 I really needed some Paslode cordless tool cleaner and a few items and Ruben went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed so happy to have met him today and hope to see him again

Lowes always has what I need. Finding someone to help you can be a challenge at times but not today. Great location.

I was there today .I needed some pads to put under my furniture as I had a new carpet installed today. I noticed my other carpet was leaving indentation in the old carpet. As I was walking around the building I saw a gentleman and as about the pads that go under the chairs. He knew right away what I wanted and sent me to the right isle and location of the product.nice job

Gleat staff. Especially the folks at the Pro desk. They deserve raises for the above and beyond work and effort that they put in on a daily basis.

Best curbside pickup amazing employees keep up the great work

Went to buy an ax, saw an employee, asked where the axes were. He said the back wall near where I was standing. He was right! Grabbed the ax, no one was in the way at checkout. Bought the axe and headed out the door. Easy peasy😉

The Pro team at both locations Kalamazoo and Battle Creek are amazing.

Awesome customer service from all employees we spoke to that day. One guy in the lawn and outdoor department was very helpful and kind. Showed us a few options to help us with a wedding project. Great selection of products with a wide range of prices to fit any budget

It's great that Lowe's has salesmen like Gregg Jessup. He was friendly, knew his products, and helped us after the sale.
We bought the Frididaire Induction Stove, and are extremely happy with it. In the first delivery, the stove was dented and returned. Through Gregg, and Lowe's excellent Grand Rapids staff, a new stove was delivered by Heith and Sid, (excellent set up by them), the very next day.
Lowe's always stands by it's products, and sales, that's why we always shop there.

I enjoy shopping at this Lowes. They have everything that I needed and the help in the paint department was great!

Just bought a new dishwasher. Jack was a Rockstar and answered all of our questions. He even helped us pricematch from another box store.

We had the absolute pleasure of being helped by an associate named Gregg yesterday. He used to be the head of the paint department, and helped us pick out stain and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, seen, and heard. I can’t say enough good things about him and our overall experience because of his kind words!
