Nice store for general shopping. The staff is helpful. Make sure to look at the Target rewards app before buying as there are a lot of promotions found there.

Great store. I went in to return an item which was super quick and the girl who assisted was nice. I then went and bought some different items. Store was clean with helpful workers.

whoever they have zoning those aisles and making them super neat is amazing. i don’t think i’ve ever been to a target that’s this organized and i can find everything exactly where it should be. especially the makeup section!! plus the shelves are stocked frequently. only downside is lack of checkout lines and the store being a little smaller but the overall atmosphere is so much better and it’s generally a much quieter and calm store too.

I’ve been using Target pickup for many years- people thought I was crazy, until our state was shut down due to Covid three years ago. Their app and pickup process has only improved over the years and it’s so accurate, fast from order to pickup, and timely on the trunk. This is my go-to pickup store for less than 2-hour pickups. Excellent job, Target!

I was in the store for a purchase yesterday. The cashier was lovely. Very sweet with my kids. I did misread a clearance sticker and had to run back in to make a return. Nothing but kindness and patience from the guest services staff. These staff members are working on the weekend so people like myself can shop on the weekend. I hope they feel appreciated. Staff was quick with returns and purchases. They're was a rush, and they did great!

Employees that think being kind is just doing their job. No!! Being kind is part of the way you were raised and Target was smart enough to hire you. God bless you (employee name not remembered) and thank you Target for hiring this beautiful girl!! Truly left an amazing impression!!

Store is clean and well stocked. Great Target to get their official collector exclusives! Cashier was fast, helpful, and friendly. Sad to see that Corona killed their food court, I loved their pretzels.

Our visit occured early August 2021. You guessed it! We were school supply shopping. As a parent, this trip can be emotionally exhausting. Throw in Covid19 worries and it gets super sketchy. By the time I made it to the check out I was done. Our cashier Craig was amazing. His kindness and proficiency immediately eased me. This review isn't really for Target, but for Craig and all the people out there doing their job with the best of attitudes. Definitely 5 stars. He changed my whole mood in just one transaction. I hope to do the same for my customers. Thank you!

Wow! I was really impressed with my Cashier Florine, I apologize to her and stated that I was hard of hearing and she automatically started doing ASL. I've then apologized because I don't know ASL. She was very accommodating and super nice.

I wanted to share my experience with a team member at the Target Portage store on Friday, May 3. I had placed an online order for an item that was to be available for pick up on 5/3. By the afternoon, I still had not received my item. After speaking with Sara (could be Sarah - I forgot to ask on the spelling), she was going to search for the item and asked to place me on a brief hold. She checked in every 5 or so minutes to let me know she was still looking for the item. After about 15 minutes, she had not found the item but was determined to continue searching for it. She took down my number to call me back as she did not want to keep me holding. Sara(h) called me back to let me know she verified with corporate that the item was delivered on 5/1, but was still searching for it. She asked if she could call me back later in the evening, but before 8:30pm when her shift ended. I received another call from Sara(h), and they had not found the item. She knew how important it was for me to have the item before Saturday so she offered to substitute the item with a comparable one. She even offered to price match it for me. I want to recognize her on the exemplary customer service she provided. Not only did she search for my item for multiple hours, but she offered a solution when the item was not found. I come from a customer service background and if I had an employee like Sara(h), I would want her recognized. It is hard to come by employees that dedicated to customer service. Please make sure she is recognized for her service and give that girl a raise!!!!!!!!!

I Always find what i need. Only negative would be all the self check outs at the target near me. Either get more emoyees or get better self checkouts. Like meijers or the other target stores.

Kind employees and really helpful

I was there last night with a group of 18 and a very nice associate named Dave was there to help us in the toy department. Carter who checked us all out was also very nice and personable. These two were rockstars. They made shopping during the busy holiday season an amazing experience.

My order was ready within minutes of placing it. The minute I stepped out of the car the store associate was already crossing the parking lot with it. Everything I ordered was in stock and correctly filled. It saves me time and most importantly energy - I ordered a lot of heavy stuff and I suffer from a chronic illness so doing that heavy shopping is very difficult for me. The drive-up service is really a Godsend for somebody struggling with disabilities and illness!

Three days before Easter, my husband and I decided we wanted to get our son a bike. I called around to Walmart in Three Rivers, Sturgis and I also looked on Amazon; there were a few choices, but the price range was way out of our budget. I got online for the Portage Target and found the perfect bike. I called up there, and I spoke with a gentleman. I think his name was Chris; he went above and beyond to look for this bike I found online. The staff was so kind and told me that they had it in stock, would put it together for me, and I could come and pick it up the next day. All that was involved in this process, a big THANK YOU! You went above and beyond when most wouldn’t; you are much appreciated.
