Great Customer service. Rod helped us in setting up our phones, we were having trouble porting our numbers to AT&T and he was with the customer care for almost close to 2 hours and helped us and made sure everything is working.

My experience at this specific store has been uniquely pleasant. Every visit I am treated as a very important customer which i consider myself after 13 years w/ the company. I have been given more useful information than any other store. The staff including Marianna, and Nathan have been more than helpful. They have gone up and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied. I thank them so much!

This AT&T location is our favorite! The staff is always amazing and very knowledgeable. They suggest products and help us understand when we have questions. Sarah and Rod are fantastic to work with!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this store...which I have to many people and allot of them have switched!! The staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, they take their time with each customer, and they show you the best options for what you are looking for. All around great experience!!

Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about products and plans. Saved me a lot of frustration for sure! I drove passed 5 other att stores to come here at this store on mound between 17 and 18 mile road! Very honest sales people! This is the only store I come to!!!

Great service, came in to switch a prepay phone to an iPhone. Rod, the manager, took the time to help us call the prepay service provider and switch the phone, along with making sure the phone would work to receive and make calls all with the same number. 5/5 would recommend.
