The Restaurant Store - Lehigh Valley

I started to shop here recently to upgrade my kitchen tools and for some baking supplies, each time I've been here the employees have been super helpful from, Michael who helped me set up my membership, to Kimberly who pointed me in the direction for what I was looking for and she even helped me load everything that I had purchased into my vehicle, the customer service here is awesome and the savings with my membership card are well worth the trip, I'm going to keep coming here for all of my kitchen and baking needs for now on.

Great depot where you can find everything you can dream of to help in the kitchen. It is obviously meant for restaurant owners, but it is great that they also allow the general public to buy things in bulk. On certain spices I would have like to Cine middle sizes. For example, I was interested and getting around a pound of allspice, and I had to choose between a 5 pound jug or buying several 8 ounce bottles. Also, some rare items like that 5 pound jug of allspice need to be ordered online and then picked up. So unless you are buying something really common or you live close by, call ahead and make sure they will have everything you need in stock before stopping by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Restaurant Store offers BY FAR, without a doubt, the best and friendliest customer service I've ever experienced from any company anywhere in the world. Any time I've had a question or issue with an order, their associates go above and beyond to attempt to exhaust all possibilities to resolve a problem. They're always entirely transparent and forthcoming with as much detail and information as possible. Whether it's their training program, hiring process, or simply finding amazing individuals to staff their company, they're certainly doing something right. A pleasure to do business with.

Been shopping here for over 10+ years. Selection has changed quite a bit from name brand in store to cheaper brands but still a great selection anywhere. It's nice you can ship to store a lot of items but still a lot you have to just get shipped to address. Place has it's ups and downs but overall a great place to get almost all your restaurant and catering needs.

Love to cook, love to drink, and love to eat are the reasons why we renewed our membership for better cost savings but you may purchase without membership at higher cost. High quality cooking equipment, very nice assortment of great tasting cocktail mixers, and great deals on canned goods for our residential use. It is definitely a good deal.

Huge selection of everything you could need for a restaurant let alone a kitchen. Great prices and very friendly staff. Always a pleasure to shop this store to find something else I didn’t know I needed!

The restaurant store has great stuff for restaurants but also for the regular people planning a backyard BBQ or other event. Good quality commercial grade kitchen stuff at good prices. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Check them out.

20 Minutes from start to packing into car. Yes it helps knowing what you need nut they made it so worth the trip. 5 star service all day.

Apart from selling all the things that help us feed our friends and convert to our food cult, the staff here are as enjoyable to experience as blowing the froth of a cold beer on a hot summers day. They complete me.

Needed a good mandolin, they had a good choice. I bought the heavy-duty one. Also got a new vacuum sealer. Cheaper than I thought!

Love going here. They always have everything I need for a great price. Everything they have is restaurant quality and is very cheap compared to what you would pay for something at a regular store.

Always good attentive service shelves are always stocked so much better than restaurant Depot next door. Unfortunately they don't carry the frozen products, but everything else they do is great.

We are not restaurant owners but just folks who love to cook and entertain. We used to go to their old store on Airport Rd. that they have since closed. This new store is set up beautifully. It is so bright and the best change.....the employees are so helpful and friendly and it made for an all-around pleasant shopping experience.

If you're throwing a party and just need some bulk supplies or even just like using togo containers for storage, this place we is great. If you're a professional cook this place is a wonderland. This place is beyond perfect for small business owners.

As a super avid foodie and a home chef, who loves to cook for family and friends, the Restaurant Store is one my favorite places to shop for kitchen gear, party supplies, spices, sauces and other non perishables. The spices alone are probably 80% off what you'd pay at a grocery store. I haven't signed up for their $50 annual membership (which is NOT required) and I still save tons of money.

I can find every thing I need one stop & the staff are very helpful & curtious.
