I absolutely love this location, you can tell the manager takes her time choosing employees because all of them are just absolutely amazing. Everyone who works here is kind and understanding. The store manager herself is also super kind and I love coming here. Whether it’s in a group or a solo study sesh I never want to leave

I just went in to the cafe three minutes before close , praying I’d be able to still get something. The two humans helping me were so nice to me, they deserve a raise <33. 11/29

The gentleman running the window today was so pleasant his attitude/mood was contagious. Made my quick visit refreshing. Usually at the drive up everyone is so quick and on to the next.

This place is always hopping! Painless coffee experience. The bakery goods and the pre portioned protein packs are tasty.

This is one of the friendliest Starbucks in the Lehigh Valley. Service is quick and coffee is great! I love me some Starbucks and make sure I stop at this location when I am in the area.

Very loud and a lot of flies all over the place inside. Very busy as well. Long wait in drive thru but not so long of a wait if you go inside.

I always look forward to stopping by this location each morning before work! I am either always greeted with a good joke (normally a pun) or a friendly conversation when I pull up to the drive -thru window. My order is ALWAYS accurate, and going here has become my routine. I cannot get through my day without stopping to see the best crew around!

The staff are always super kind and helpful. I wish they had more vegan options.

This Starbucks has become a recent favorite. It's conveniently located on my route to work and it's very easy for me to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff is wonderful; especially the kind person with the purple hair. Every time I stop by on my way to work, I am greeted by a bright, happy individual. There are days where I am feeling very down and depressed or just super tired and the employees at this Starbucks add a bit of light and sunshine to my mornings. The service is fast and they are amazing at getting the drive thru line down quickly. I know that working at Starbucks is not an easy feat; it's often super busy, there's rude, grumpy customers, and there's a lot to do (prepping, making food and drinks, cleaning, taking orders, etc). Thank you so much for your wonderful drinks and lovely staff! (Also, please pay them a fair wage, they deserve it!!)

I come here multiple times a week after work to relax and write, and the staff really make the place. I've never had my name spelled correctly when ordering food, and they made sure they did it. I've never felt so cared for by employees.

The seating area is wonderful, too. Always clean, plenty of tables, and not crowded at all. I really love it

02222024 have been getting in here two or three times a week lately, everything is great. Staff does what you asked them to do. Ask them to add oleata to a Dopio Compana and they said "OK". Try doing that at the Whitehall store on MacArthur Road. Too much of a burden.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Store and restrooms are clean. Young people have a personality, not mindless drones

07042023 4:44 PM took 15 minutes to get in, because Sheetz was having $1.77 per gallon gas.
Starbucks had no line, I could order right away, I order a Venti mocha Frappuccino double shot of espresso, with nonfat milk. I get a short cup. Staff asked me if I want it in a large cup. What did I pay for? What did I got? Seriously, let the manager or the owner shop at the store and put up with it.
Get the old manager back ASAP. You're turning into the Airport Road Starbucks.

06252023 1:45 PM new management technique, "you can look it up yourself". Similar to red lobster response on grape Street in Whitehall. This used to be a good unit. You're paying a premium price for a premium product and service. Do you expect that in return! Let the owner and manager "look it up himself"!
Overall, not bad. This is what we have to deal with. The population is shrinking, and you're gonna have to pay even more.
Just a reminder to management and owners. If your staff doesn't know the supply chain and allergy components of your product, you were opening yourself to massive litigation. I won't even going to the wet floor with staff, tripping and falling. Has that been an 80 year old mother of a prominent lawyer?? Let that filter a bit. Do the math.

I have been in many Starbucks all over but this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to even though they were always busy when we went there we still received service with a smile we went in there at least three times during the week we were in the area

Never have a problem when I go to Starbucks.... everybody is friendly and kind and the drinks are outstanding.

Fast and friendly staff for the most part when you’re a regular customer. Place is always clean and tidy on everyone of my visits prior the COVID-19 pandemic. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is chill. Definitely missed getting my teas while they were closed. Though the wait is a little longer now, it’s understandable and I appreciate what the company is doing to keep us protons safe. Thank you management and crew!! As an essential worker it is appreciated what y’all are doing.

People here are always nice and friendly. I take lunch breaks here regularly. I get the matcha green tea latte and it's always tasty. Place is pretty clean generally. I use the app and it's very convenient. Sometimes they get very busy which can slow things down but usually there's no problem.

Service is always 10/10, food is great, the drinks are delicious. Even when I stopped by today, there was a sweet message on my panini bag which stated "have a happy day :)". Also, idk if they still work there but Ethan S. is one of the best employees there, he's very professional and kind. The only complaint I have though is that everything this overpriced, but they do give out free water (any size cup), so it's always nice to stop by for an occasional treat.
