IHOP

Met some family for breakfast and we were the only ones in there to begin with so it was peaceful. But even once it filled up still very enjoyable, food was great like always and our waitress was very nice and courteous.

Great, fast service during busy lunch rush. Excellent food. Clean establishment. Well organized for as new as the business is. Redone menu is clear and easy to navigate, with pictures for every item. Great for reading impaired, or disabled guests. Server was also very knowledgable of menu items. Lots of food for price point.

As a long time customer of IHOP at many locations throughout the USA, I was excited to see a new location being planned for Muskegon, Michigan. It has been a long time coming and look forward to making a lot of visits to dine here. I think it will do well and if their service and food are as good as they should be, then they will be here for a long time .

Yes oh yes yes yes my IHOP so very very satisfying place I enjoyed breakfast the other day and me and my wife had the joy of our day off the hook whatever you do find your way over IHOP you will not be disappeared I guarantee it worthwhile investment TimeWise and from the budget stay encouraged and have a great experience Bad to the Bone

Staff was very nice courteous knowledgeable speed of service with adequate restrooms were clean tables were cleared off exceptionally well and fast and waitresses were all groomed and polite I recommend this IHOP

The food was hot and good, the wait staff are really nice.

The fastest, most delicious breakfast I could ever get for $6! Fast, friendly service. Now, a better menu that is not feature just kids food! New sandwiches and even Eggs Benedict. Update: They have Impossible Sausage and BETTER 3-8pm dinner menu!

Considering the fact that they were short staffed and our waitress is 6 months pregnant they did awesome! Was worth the 40 minute wait!

My friends and I went on a late night run here to get something to eat and the food was good, and staff was friendly~

Food was amazing. Waitress was amazing. Just... Yes.

Update: Just went back today. Parts of my omelet were burnt while others were cold, plate was hot with cold food, and it took us a half an hour of flagging the waiter down to get our check after were done. Pretty disappointed tbh especially paying like $50 for garbage food and meh service

Love iHop, and even though this is the opening day and I'm waiting here in the parking lot in the early morning for them to open, I know it'll be just as good any iHop I've been to. If not, then I'll update this. Otherwise, the pancakes were great, service was excellent, and they didn't let me down.

Good service and great food. Plus they were great to my mom who cannot walk very well.

So glad to see iHop come to the Muskegon area. The decor is great, tasteful executed, the service was like a breath of fresh air, so sweet, not bitter like at some other establishments. The food was the pièce de résistance! If you are ever on by Meijer on Sternberg and Harvey, stop in the iHop, you won't regret it.

Had to bring half of each meal home..L.bacon temptations(plus blueberry pancakes..R.spicy Pablano omelette with blueberry pancakes..great start to our day

The 5 stars are for Peighton not IHOP. She was a wonderful waitress, she was there with a refill before our drinks were even empty all while giving the same great service to all her other tables. The chicken strips we ordered came out raw, she apologized profusely even though it was not her fault and immediately corrected the situation. She was even kind enough to give us a soda to go!

Food was good as always. But I was impressed with our waitress. She brought our food out and was very apologetic on how my wife's Hashbrowns turned out, and wanted to take them back to have them re-done. The Hashbrowns were perfectly fine..but the care is what struck me. A+ in my book
