The staff at around 6PM on March 3rd 2024 was amazing with their patience and willingness to help when I, a Doordash driver, had to deal with a Doordash glitch followed by a Doordash support worker who was demanding they make an order that did not exist in their system.

I appreciate the young lady with the braid for taking things so well.

Fantastic! Amazing! Drove a bus full of hungry Track & Field kids here after a really long meet. Even though it was late the crew here handled the crowd with speed, accuracy and excellent attitude. I was impressed. The meals were hot and delicious. A few things were out given the time of day but helpful suggestions were made to replace those choices. 10 of 10.

I usually don't expect much from any McDonalds drive thru, . However yesterday, I was so impressed! We did not special order anything just a couple McChickens a fry and two sodas. The speed at the drive thru was great we were in a hurry, I was complaining they’ll probably take their time and give us cold, soggy fries, because we were 4 cars deep, but they were QUICK! The food was phenomenal, McChicken was hot and the fries extra hot! Kudos and well done, I will be back if I am in the area!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Every time I’ve came to this location the entire staff has been so polite & accommodating. I tend to hit this place later at night & every time has been a pleasant experience. The staff tonight was beyond fabulous!!! 20min before closing & they filled my order with a smile & were working hard behind the counter making sure everything was cleaned & stocked for the following shift. Excellent place to grab a quick bite. I will absolutely be back!!!!!

Great place great food, love all the amazing employees here and I’ve never had a problem. If I did they always apologized and right away fixed it. I would highly recommend this place.

My daughter and I had one of our best customer service experiences here. I absolutely love it. I will go out of my way just to visit this location.!

Always fresh and always clean... never really busy and when they are, they are fast about getting the orders out. I'll go out of my way to go to this one if I'm going to a mcds 🙂

In this day and age, it’s hard to find people in the service industry that have a great positive attitude. The McDonald’s in Fruitport on Airline Road has just that. Norm who is running the drive-through today on Sunday, put a big smile on my face with his attitude, his personality, his charisma, and just overall politeness and courtesy to his fellow man. We need more people like Norm interacting with the public. Thank you.

This crew really came through for me today. Unfortunately I don’t remember the managers name I interacted with. I realized that I needed to feed a bunch of teens for lunch. They graciously accommodated my order for 20 McDouble bundles (with water). They went over and above to help me feed my crew. Five stars, and 2 thumbs up!!!

Great service! The manager at night went beyond to make sure my order was done write and fresh. Him and his crew fixed a previous days and shifts mistake. Thank you to the night crew on 7-19-21!

The manager Nicole was very rude in front of customers and myself. This is not the first time i have been there and saw her like this. They need to straighten her out before someone else does. Overall my food was fresh but the 10 minute wait for food? Maybe if she would have just got busy working instead of fussing about something so small and embarrassing her employee the line could have moved alot faster.

I was in the drive thru. I gave Sally the, cashier way too much money by mistake. She was honest and gave the extra $50 back. That meant a lot to me. I needed it to fill up my tank to get back to Grand Rapids. It would have been awful being stuck in a snow storm without gas. THANK YOU SALLY FOR BEING SO HONEST, love Fran

This McDonalds really made me a wonderful double quarter pound deluxe sandwich! Just as good as I used to make for my breaks when I worked in 3 McDonalds restaurants during high school in the mid-80s. Thank you for an excellent sandwich. The best sandwiches are always in Fruitport and North Muskegon, in case anyone is wondering which one to eat at while traveling through those areas. It's the quality of your employees above ALL ELSE, at least one of which obviously really takes pride in any work they do, while they are sorting out what they want to do with their life (career-wise) that makes the difference in this broken world we find ourselves passing through. Next time I pass by hungry, I will certainly stop again. The person that made my sandwich was raised up in an excellent home with loving support. I salute you! I salute your parents! Oorah!

Great service...employees are friendly and helpful. Worth a drive from Spring Lake to Fruitport rather than going to McDonald's close to home where customer service is definitely not a priority!

Had a couple double cheeseburgers and they were perfect not dried out like others I've had. People are very friendly as well. I would honestly say one of the best in west michigan.

The cashier had fantastic customer service skills! I wish I had caught her name. The food was handed out quickly, it tasted great and was hot.
