Service is amazing! I absent-mindedly left the part I bought at the store, and their employees actually ran it out to me!!!

Great parts store got most things in stock people was very friendly as well

Excellent service had been almost 30 days since we purchased this Energizer wireless Charger for my Wife’s ultra Note 21 and it had a malfunction with the charging port …
Long Story short NO BOX OR RECEIPT!!
Management walked out from behind the counter and opened up a brand new one and handed her the device and said….

A couple of the staff members are weird together but it makes a great team for those 2 I respect them and they make it great to be there

I went here with my son yesterday for some parts. I believe it was Jim R that helped us. I just want to thank him again! He was amazing at helping me get parts that I could afford for my car. I'm just very thankful that we went there, and that he did everything he could to help me. What a blessing! 😊

Stopped in to get codes read and cleared. Store was clean, service was prompt and courteous.

The only person I trust when I go is Amanda for anything, prime example of what customer service strives to be, I work all the way out in grand haven. Anytime my own customers have car problems the first place I recommend is Amanda’s autozone.

Alexa and Ron were such above and beyond employees. The second I walked in the door they both stopped what they were doing and greeted me with a smile. They had outstanding advice and both took iniative and had passion in making sure I was satisfied and very well taken care of, but also every other guest that walked through the door while I was there. This is by far the best location I've ever been to. Would recommend. 12 out of 10 service.

I work for an organization that assists with purchasing parts for Veterans. There was a mix up and a new payment was needed to be made. I worked with the Store Manager Rachel who was an absolute delight to work with. She was able to take care of everything over the phone and was a joy to speak with. The whole process was fast. I've had issues with other AutoZone locations but Rachel made this one easy and quick.

It was late in the day and they had all the stuff I needed except for one part. Instead of simply dismissing my needs the gentleman first helping us started gathering part's while the lady who was ringing up the sale (because it's a commercial acct) took the initiative to find the part at one of their other stores. Great teamwork, smooth flowing service and we left completely satisfied. Thanks Auto Zone, because of your results helping me; I in turn was able to ensure the satisfaction our customer. A snowball effect of Great customer service.🙂

I went in today with my brother and was helped instantly by a nice young man named Tim. He was a lot of help, very polite and knew exactly what we needed. By far the best auto zone I have been in. I don't care for the worker's they come across being snutty I'll be back but something has to be done with treating customer with attitude treat with a smile

Clerks were great..I selected steering wheel cover and they installed it no charge.( I thought it would be hard to install.) Several trips to store, very satisfied each time!
