AT&T Store

As soon as I walked in. A lady named hazel walked straight to me and got started immediately. Greeted me. Asked me the reason for my visit (WITH A SMILE MAY I ADD) and from there it was like everything happened in a blink of an eye. I walked not expecting to get a phone and walked out with a iPhone 15 plus. Literally got everything I wanted in a phone. Thanks to her. And had an extremely low down payment with Apple care and some other stuff. She was freaking amazing❤❤❤❤

OMG ya'll Brandon is THE BEST!!! He seriously was so patient and took the time to help me out with my situation as well as helping me upgrade into a new iPhone 15 Pro Max from my iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you want to receive the absolute best service see this AT&T team asap!

I went in on Friday night 10/13 for some phone accessories. Both of the ladies working were extremely nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Ashley helped me with my purchase, and provided amazing customer service. I was impressed she walked me out to the door once my purchase was complete. I’ll definitely be back!

I have mixed feelings about the store as a whole… however… Steven is super personable and was a joy to work with today. I’ll give him the 5 stars!

Our sales rep Miranda was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and kind. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend this store and Miranda as the place to go to for all AT&T needs!

Came in to get a charger quickly and worked with Oscar. He was super helpful. I purchased the wrong charger, he was able to help me replace it, and even let me set up shop to get some work done quickly so I wouldn't miss an important call. I appreciate him, his flexibility and helpfulness. Oscar is awesome!!!

Kenneth Furtick, Manager of the South Park store in Charlotte, NC was awesome in helping me resolve a complicated issue. There were too many difficult details to list here, but I so appreciated Ken's patience, kindness and humor in telling me how to proceed, and then just fixing it all himself. My husband and I have shopped in that AT&T store for years, and managers come and go. Ken, however, has been the best I've encountered so far. Thank you Ken!

I just left the corporate store at Northlake because of their lack of customer service.
Here; staff was ready to work with my account and add a new line. Overall took less than 30 minutes and I left the store with the device I want it and the monthly payment I was looking for. Last time the other member who help me to set up my account was at this store and I receive an amazing customer service. Next time I need to make any changes to my account I would drive 15 miles from home I know their service worth the drive.

I went to this AT&T just to check out a new phone case. I had some of the best service I’ve experienced in an AT&T store. The young man I spoke with explained to me how I could save some money(which is my favorite thing) on my bill after looking at my account. Going in for a case and coming out with a case and a cheaper bill, wonderful. Thank you!

Kaiden was extremely helpful and expert with my problem and need to purchase a new iPhone. She walked me through the process step-by-step and found the most reasonable (price-wise) option which I greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!! I have nothing but praise for Kaiden who helped me out today with setting up a new line. I received fast, professional service and it was an overall great experience. Kaiden was friendly and personable. I highly recommend this location! I like how its larger and more staffed so you receive prompt service with less waiting time compared to the smaller AT&T's.

The Southpark ATT&T in Charlotte NC store manager is amazing. Extremely informed about their products, willing to make sure we had a plan that met our needs, patient and very pleasant. I have worked in the service industry & her care was beyond extraordinary. Her name is Manuela. She is a treasure that AT&T should treat well!

If you need help ask for Armani. Great guy, not pushy, up front and helpful. He was very patient while we searched the area for inventory on the new S10+. Which he also stated was currently back order and gave an estimated delivery time once we ordered at the store. Very attentive and kind. I wish every associate at this store was just like this. AWESOME JOB!

Robert was extremely patient and helpful with my family of 4. He seamlessly added a new line, traded in 3 phones, put on 4 screen protectors, added Apple Care for all 4 new phones and helped get us the best deal possible. The manager Manuela was helpful as well. She helped my girls pick out the most protective cases for their new phones and worked with us to get us a good final price.

I got an iPhone 12 three days ago but returned to this store because I had questions about a promo and other questions regarding my plan. Oscar explained the promo clearly and concisely, helped me compare other plans to the current one I have, spoke to the manager about waiving a fee, and offered efficient and professional service. I will certainly be returning to this location and will be a repeat customer! Thank you!
