I have to give this store five. Very helpful employees, and you have my wine! Yay! But the best part? You allowed me to park overnight in your parking lot in my RV. It was late when I got here, I was able to come in, get all my grocery shopping done, and just go home to my rig. Thank you so much for the respite! Merry Christmas to all!

Very clean and organized store. Friendly employees willing to help each other as well as customers.

We have been going this Wal-Mart for several years even though the one on Troup is closer. The pick up is faster and they don't get our orders wrong. When we go in, the workers are so friendly, and many seem to have been working there for a long time to the point where we know some by name now. It is much more cleaner than any of the other Wal-Marts in Tyler. We will not go to the others.

I always find what i need in these stores. i don't usually leave a review for walmart because everyone knows about it, however i must say that this store is very clean, and when you want to find things everything is stocked and well organized. i love that. one thing i don't like about these stores is that they are always moving things around so whenever you need something it's just drives you crazy where to find it. i guess they do it so you can also see whatelse is there for sale, but come on what cannot you find on these stores? walmart practically has everything, but cheap.

The things I need are cheaper at Walmart than at any other place that carries the things I need and other than Walmart only certain places do! I've been a fan of Walmart since I knew what a Walmart was! The one thing I would like to see improve is their in-store selection of drones! I would like to see a wider variety from the beginner drones Walmart already carries to some higher-end drones for the experienced flyers/pilots. That and if they would sell Nike shoes would be awesome! I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else if Walmart provided those 2 selection of goods! Just saying. They still get a 5 * from me!

I visited this store today. The employee in Electronics of this Walmart showed the BEST customer service skills I have seen in years! I had questions regarding what type of laptop I was looking to purchase. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am not one to normally write a review, but I was very impressed.

Lady in the pharmacy stalking shelfs was so helpful, the store is huge and very well kept.

They usually have what i need except some specialty items for cooking spices and seasonings but that's ok

Shop here regularly and always friendly and helpful employees. Well stocked and clean.

Walmart almost always has what we need however I would be cautious when using the car care center . They have not been extremely well trained as it applied to our tire replacement, oil change or battery replacement .

The staff is the most professional and helpful. They take pride in their work and consistently go above and beyond.

On a scale of 1 to 10 The automotive team is a 12. They have an amazing Automotive department manager who exudes customer service. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service is the best I have ever witnessed.

My Jeep has been serviced at this store since it opened in 2017.

If you want great service and at great price, I highly recommend this Walmart’s Automotive department.

Jorden/Jordan was spectacular, literally saw a couple of managers (long black curly haired guy, and an grey rooted lady, no taller than 5ft.) and he was the only one to step up. (Went to the first self check out and it re-started, so we had to wait for everyone else to check out before they noticed us, the girl who helped usually helps us is a blonde but she recently dyed her hair brown, another great employee right there! She tried her best, but I understand.) I kept apologizing to him because we were a couple of minutes over the 11 deadline. No excuse at all, I apologize to him that we weren’t quick enough. I lost my scanning skills after a while okay..(Previous Walmart employee here). Wish him the best, future great employee right there.

I used the self checkout on the gm side. And I forgot my wallet. The precious young lady was extremely helpful. She took the time to show me how to use Walmart pay so that I was able to pay for my merchandise. It was about 10:45 pm. She deserves a gold star.

Walmart Super Centers are one of the Best.
Everything in one roof with 90 days return policy. Staff is very courteous & professional. Very kind in treating & helping the customers. They have a lot of options to select the right & the required product.

I always recommend enrolling into an Additional Warranty especially for Electronics. This will Safeguard your purchase and helps you in getting the full refund if the Product isn't working after a certain period.
