Purchased my entire homes vinyl flooring, underlayment, and backsplash for my kitchen here. Each visit I felt comfortable and understanding in what I was purchasing. 10/10

Upon arrival, I felt comfortable & not judged in my lack of floor tile brands. The store was clean & very easy to navigate. Team member Josh on the floor dept., was excellent with great Customer Service Skills! Josh was very knowledgeable about tiles & everything in the store products!
Cashier named Giovanna was very friendly & greeted customer with a smile! **Highly recommend this place with their low discount prices, lots of selections & excellent team workers too.

It was a pleasantly surprised to find Floor and Decor has an extensive and well displayed line of products. Our home is going through a multi-phase renovation. Why I chose to purchase the materials needed was all due to the professionalism and knowledge of DECO ADM Jared. Any questions that I had on colors, styles, and what material would work best in the specific areas were described thoroughly. He spend a great deal of time with us taking us all over the store, gathering materials that I asked for, calling and allocating materials from the warehouse or additional stores which would fit my time frame. The most generous act of kindness came when Jared loaded all the materials in my vehicle, acknowledging that I was with an elderly parent and small child. Jared is an invaluable member of your company and should be recognized as such. I have already returned three times for additional products and materials all because of Jared.

We were very pleased to discover that Floor and Decor has an extensive and well displayed line of products. However, what made this store stand out for us more than any other was our interaction with the Design Supervisor, Carol Reitz Butler. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to make a number of decisions for our bathroom. She spend a great deal of time with us taking us all over the store, gathering materials and guiding us in a way that tied everything together for us. We feel very grateful that when we asked for help, that she was the person available. Carol is an invaluable asset to your company and should be recognized as such. We will be back and will always ask for Carol!

There are absolutely no words that could describe the high level of quality service and professionalism that designer Carol Reitz Butler showed my father and I while helping us plan several bathrooms. During each visit, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind as we grappled with figuring several extensive projects. Several months back, my family and I suffered a terrible house fire that is requiring us to rebuild most of the house. It has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process.

Without question, Carol made a stressful situation incredibly enjoyable. She took time to listen to all of our ideas and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Carol spent an enormous amount of time going through every single detail with us. We didn’t feel rushed at any point. In fact, Carol even gave us plenty of extra time assuring us that we walked out of the store with a full action plan in the works. We could not be more grateful for Carol’s help and guidance. We appreciate how she made us feel like the only customers in the store as she addressed our needs. Visiting the Floor and Decor in Bohemia was an absolutely wonderful experience!!!! If anyone is looking to work on a floor, tile, bathroom or kitchen project, this store is definitely for you. The designers and employees truly value their customers and treat them with the utmost care and respect.

Sooo many options to choose from. If you can't find something you like here then you're in trouble! Did inflation drive up cost? Lots of $10-20/ SQ FT options, which sound really high, however we seen plenty of bargain options available. They have the biggest large profile porcelain tiles ever.... and they're eppic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the best first experience at this location! I was helped by Irene. She guided me and helped me figure out what would work best for the tile gap in my bathroom. She was so knowledgeable and informative. Thank you so much, Irene!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Floor & Decor working with Teresa D’Agostino and Rob Hansen!! Not only are they very help and knowledgeable about the products, but they are very friendly and just generally wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do their next home project!

I've delivered here a couple of times now and they're pretty fast with the unloading took probably about an hour maybe a slightly more and there's a huge parking lot out back to park if you need to grab a couple hours. However I was there last night and guy came knocking on the door saying that if you're there past 1:00 a.m. or packed past midnight and a cop comes around and gives a $500 ticket so be aware of that.

This place is a great store to purchase anything you need when doing a flooring project. All of the employees a super helpful and always on the look out for some one needing assistance most times im trying to figure out what i need someone asks me if i need help before i can ask someo e for help. There very polite and informitive youd think that most of them were actually installers themselves they know so much about the trade. You can not find a better place to shop for and flooring product (tile, hardwood, laminate,ect...) and all the extras needed to compliment those things plus tools that no other supplier carries like you cant find the large selection of stone polishing pads at any home depot or lowes they carry from trowel to blades the leveling systems and saws grinders tile cutters thry have it all. And all at a very very reasonable price. Id say if you havent visited this store yet do yourself a favor and check it out it will make your life much easier and experience completing a froject much more enjoyable than stressful than any other place you might use. So thank you to ecery one at floors and decor especially the pro department who are miles above the rest im a loyal customer for life!

The store is amazing they have the best of everything there. I ordered custom shower doors and the manufacturer made a mistake. Flora and décor normally won't take them back. The manufacturer was being very difficult and natalie, The front end manager helped me big time! She made a very difficult process extremely easy. She stood by me the whole way and ordered me the correct doors. Natalie is an asset to floor and decor to the point that I would make her a store manager for me tomorrow! I don't normally take the time to post a review but Natalie is worth more than I can thank her. This was the best store experience I have had anywhere ever. Thank you so much. Natalie, you deserve the best.
When I bragain about flour and decor i'will make sure I mention it's because of you. Product is product, and floor and decor is awesome. Natalie is the reason I'm bragging though. She went way above and beyond I can't thank her enough!

I worked with Carol in the design department for all of the bathrooms in my home, 3!
She was knowledgeable and helped to take my vision and make it a reality. She was extremely patient as I asked questions and second and third guessed my choices.
I walked away with a better understanding of tile.

Just had a wonderful experience at our local Floor & Decor store shopping for back splash tile. Design consultant Meg was knowledgeable & patient all during the process. She helped with maintenance questions & style choices. She was awesome! The ability to purchase samples to try out in the space is perfect. We will surely get the tile from there once a decision is made.

I had a great experience at Floor and Decor. After may trips to other stores, buying samples and still very indecisive. I stopped into Floor and Decor, I made a last minute appointment with Carol a Design Consultant who was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about all the tile in the store, helped me make decisions and informed me on the different types of tiles, maintenance and pros/cons. After only about 45 minutes it was done. I walked out with an order for tile for two bathrooms. Amazing! Thank you!
