Super helpful staff and some neat tech helped me figure out the perfect shoe! I’m certainly not an athlete but I needed something supportive for every day and for a big trip I’m taking that will involve heavy walking. We found the perfect fit after the staff person listened to my preferences and scanned my feet. I have some major arch issues and the shoes I found were a huge help. They even offer custom inserts based on your scans that are much more affordable than some of the other places we looked. Great staff, lots of options and an overall good experience!

Quite literally I give credit to Bill. The gentleman who helps fit me for my shoes. He didn't sell the shoe he sold its performance. He was kind, patient, understood from experience what the shoe he picked would do for my needs. There are plenty of good shoes on the market and he sold me a service and met my needs. Foot health is important and what better example than a 78 year old marathon runner and coach to provide quality advice for a quality product. I am happy with my purchases and will follow through on a return for my next pair.

The digital fitting process was really cool! Being able to see what my feet actually need, then choosing which option I liked best was way better than just shopping around trying on a bunch of shoes that didn't work. I had been looking for a new pair of training shoes and had been everywhere trying to find some that would work with no luck, so I came here! That was the best decision I could have made! The service was amazing and I got exactly what I needed!

I was in picking up a packet and purchasing some insoles. Person managing the desk was extremely nice and professional while helping more than 1 person at a time. She even asked as I was leaving if I wanted to bring the shoes in I'm using the insoles with so that the insoles could be cut to size.
