NicSon Mercantile is a cute little gift boutique in Highland Park with something for everyone!

8/12 & 8/13 (2023) NicSon is hosting a Strawberry Shortcake Collective event featuring a sneak peak of the “Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City” animated series as well as art by some of the animators from the series and other local artists on brand new merch including art prints, candles, key chains, coffee mugs, and a whole new line of limited t-shirts from Threadless!

The private opening night event was a mind blowing experience that included artists offering temporary tattoos and face painting, nail art, airbrush art, and hand drawn painted prints featuring Strawberry Shortcake! (And for the adventurous you were able to get a real / permanent tattoo as well!) The artist we’re on hand talking about their work and it was one giant party!

Very creative shop! lots of artwork and great gift ideas. This shop always has fun activities on the weekend and live event artist. Custom Gold leaf and pinstripe is my favorite.

I was walking around the hood and I stopped by this store and l really like it. It has unique gifts and they are all beautiful.

Such a dope store - great merch for gifting, unique home decor products and they carry clothing from one of my favorite brands rebel8! Def recommend hitting this place up
