I usually don’t write reviews but I had to today. I got a 65 inch tv today and Antonio went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service I’ve had in my entire life at Best Buy. I’ll continue to bring my business for tech needs solely at the Glendale location off the strength of the customer service I received from Antonio. Thanks!

Best place to buy anything electronic. It's my go to spot for buying supplies for my PC. They also offer a range of items from phones, appliances, accessories, and customer support for any hardware questions. I'd recommend going here for top of the line technological gear.

More specific for this location though: it's located in a parking lot near a Costco, so finding parking may be questionable at times. Otherwise the customer experience is pretty solid.

I recently hired a technician to install my new 4K TV, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous, and had the TV mounted and connected in no time. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they even helped me with cable management. The value for the service provided was excellent. I'm enjoying my TV to the fullest, and the hassle-free installation was worth every penny.

This electronics store is a hidden gem for gadget enthusiasts like myself. The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the vast array of cutting-edge electronics on display. I didn't want to leave this parking lot without recognizing Michael from customer service. I was in here at approximately 8pm getting a game drive and exchanging my screen protector for my phone.. even tho Michael wasn't having the greatest day he did not let that effect the customer service he provided as well as he just continued through helping each person with a positive attitude.. his professionalism was nothing short of impeccable and I absolutely commend him for being tough and pushing through no matter how bad thing are.. Thank you so much for all your help Michael!! And you will have better days!! Good people always do!!!

With outstanding customer service and wide variety, I’m glad I’ve chosen this store and I keep in mind that they have the best price and quality for large appliances, and this particular store has plenty of parking and space. I went there to purchase one single item, and I left with five things.

I had just lost my cell for the first time since cell phones came out and my brother gifted me a really nice phone with lots of help in it, the "Samsung 054 5G un🔓" took it to my provider and all is running smoothly. Sales guy at Best Buy was actually a "T-Mobile agent" who knows his work. He has long hair and wears earrings on both ears. I believe he is either native American or has indigenous from 🇲🇽 but I'll tell you he knows a lot about those phones on display the sale was quick decision for me because I know exactly what I need to complete jobs, schedules and tasks - had to get an extra memory card and bam back in business. Is a beautiful thing when a sister has a good understanding and compassionate brother.

I had a really hard time getting connected with anyone who could help my on the phone so I decided to go over in person and my experience was much better. Kevin, the sales associate I talked with was very helpful and informative. I had purchased a printer from Best Buy several years ago and was experiencing issues with it and after reviewing all available options, we concluded it would be easier and more cost effective to just get a brand new one… technology, I swear. Anyway, after purusing the new models I finally decided on one and I am happy to report that my new ink is nearly 75% cheaper than in my old printer, and the printer will pay for itself in about 3 ink cartridge runs, so that’s a win as far as I’m concerned!

A bit of a delayed review but just want to make sure the overlords at Best Buy know, AMIR in Atwater location/TV department is by far the most knowledgeable (and friendly) sales person I have met in any store in DECADES. So friendly, and smart. He was juggling myself and another customer, with grace and a smile. This guy is a huge asset to your company! I will be buying a new TV very soon and will make sure to find AMIR again so I am assured of satisfaction with my purchase and experience. Thank you for your time (and patience!) Amir!

My favorite Best Buy in LA. Convenient easy free parking plus the perk of having an extensive amount of stores nearby to compliment it. Usually stocked in everything I need with next day pick up. Also seems to be the biggest best buy in LA by square feet ive been to.

Did a pick up. A separate area was cordoned off with all items. Plus, not only did they ask to see the pick up barcode, but also asked for ID. Good job.

Just moved to Glendale and came here last minute on a whim just to see what they had for selection. Lucked out and was approached and helped by Malvin (he only works there once a month or so). He was FANTASTIC, very knowledgeable, professional, and just a genuinely nice and friendly person.

Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, a $2200 ASUS ROG gaming laptop with all the specs I needed AND it was on sale for $1600.
