I love this hair salon. Everyone is so kind and skilled. I drive all the way from West Hollywood to get my hair done here. Vard Chanyan is so nice and welcoming. Mireya does my hair the best!!! Love this lady. The place is always clean and they always offer you water or coffee. 10/10!

I hadn’t gone shopping at a JC Penny’s in a while and was pretty surprised to find so many things I liked when I went in. Lots of stylish options that you really wouldn’t expect to find in a JC Penny’s. The store was a little bit disorganized and it took me awhile to find the dressing room but that’s okay. The staff was friendly and very willing to help point me in the right direction once I found someone to ask.

It should be 5 stars. At this time, I was not able to find a good deal for me

Brought my wife in to get a hair cut and she had a wonderful experience, she was attended right around her appointment time so im glad that there wasn't much of a wait time. 5 stars to you all.

I Love Shopping at JCPenney instead of Macy's 1000% it Has the type Of Stuff that I Love specially j Ferrara clothing...

I decided to wait out Black Friday and shop on Saturday afternoon instead. Glad I did.
Crowds were normal and the prices were still in effect.
I needed a good pair of men's slippers. The
staff at J C Penny's were all very helpful in assisting me locating them.
Found a great pair of Dockers Memory Foam.
size 13 XXL. Picked them up for around $16.00, a great value ! The XXL wide sizes are difficult to find, so am very happy.

Lots of parking, 3 levels and it's close by the stores entrance. Visited JC Penney to buy a new bed. They have maybe 20-25 beds on the floor, with big markdowns & rebates. Service & selection is cool.

My mom and I came to the store on thursday in the afternoon, once we got in the jewerly area she greeted us immediately! She had helped us in the past briefly, but this time it was different. Overall, she is amazing and so sweet and lovely. I LOVE HER. her personality is fun, and her customer service skills are beyond anything. She went above and beyond in helping us out any way she could, in order for us to make a selection...we bought a few things. It wasn't just 'business' but mainly the importance of being genuinely helpfull, and she exudes EXCELLENCE! If anyone from the offices is reading this...GIVE HER A RAISE AND A HIGHER POSITION SHE DESERVES IT! Sara love you, you are 💯!!
