Big 5 Sporting Goods

Another Big 5 location, same experience over the years. Employees look like they have a boring job. After few minutes searching for a basketball 🏀, I noticed the merchandise is always the same. Old equipment, old merchandise, and of course, same high prices. Unless, if you a big fan of this store chain, you can follow with the same stuff. I see why Walmart is taking places down. I just to go to Big 5 Sporting Goods was a good experience, buying a good quality equipment, and once again, you was able to choose different variation of merchandise. I would rate this place with only two 🌟, I was expecting something more to see than outdated merchandise. 🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏆

Phenomenal service!! We drove all the way from Orange to Pico, since this store was the only one that had my sons pants in stock for his game. Victoria was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us find the size of the football pants that we needed. She helped us look on the floor and then did her magic and found 2 pairs in the back. A life saver! Can't thank you enough!

Always has what I need, huge variety of sports gear, swimming stuff year round. Kids and adult clothes and shoes. Huge parking lot too.

I came there for kid knee pads and the 15lb weighted blanket. While they didn't have the knee pads in the size that I needed, they did have the weighted blanket.

Chris will go above and beyond for his customers, he is always there to help you with your needs.

Prices are still great for walking and running shoes and workout clothing.

I've always found what I need, especially all my camping gear. And fishing supplies.

Customer service was excellent went to purchase tennis salesman very polite and helpful as well as cashier.

Quick place to purchase shoes for youth (and other sport goods). Price was reasonable. Staff very helpful.

I don't think I've ever walked in this Big 5 and it not be spotless. Workers are very friendly and super helpful. The manager Jeff has always been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable at what he does. This is one of the few stores left where you can still get help without looking around the whole store to find someone or wait for ever. Great job keep up the good work!!

Great store. Had what i was looking for. Got the product home. Found out it was broken. Called the store and let them know. They told me i could return it with the receipt, i informed them I'll be back the following day. I got off work and went to the store. And they pretty much had a new one waiting for me. Very appreciated. Awesome store and employees.
