The UPS Store

The staff here are incredible! I was able to ship something across the country next day without any issues. They were super patient with my requests. Even allowed me to borrow their vacant computer to pull up my order since I had bad signal inside.

After years of shipping packages recently one of my parcel was not delivered. With the help of store manager Diego package showed up at the recipient door in a few days. I am so thankful!
All the stuff from my local ups store in Carbondale, CO is super helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I previously wrote a 1-star review regarding regular understaffing and over-worked employees. For the past 2 months, this has gotten much better! The employees don't seem stressed out at the end of the day and they have multiple people helping each other out. Also, the employees are really friendly and efficient (but this has always been the case).

Last March, I had shipped our ski gear out to the store from Philadelphia and due to a Nor'easter our flights to Aspen were cancelled. We ended up scrapping the trip to Snowmass. That same day I called the store and had them turn around and ship everything to Stowe VT. The store owner was a pleasure and very helpful.

The people working at this store are always very helpful whether gathering our incoming packages and mail or facilitating outgoing shipments. They are personable and make the experience of going to the store something we look forward to. Real home town feel!

This is a new install, and a welcomed competitive option in Aspen. Service so far is excellent. I've left packages to be packed and shipped, and I see the email confirmation by the end of the day every time.

Non-Aspenites keep in mind, the store is a franchise and we're in Aspen, so the costs of shipping may be different that what you are used to. It's not cheap to get things out of here.

Also remember you're in the parking ticket aggressive core of Aspen. There are two "loading" spots at the front door that I have almost always found open. Don't test the parking Nazis by parking around the corner.

Every time I have been there those guys bend over backwards to help me with shipping and the FAX
Machine.! What a crew! And it's not just me , I have observed lot's of customers receive same treatment!

For some reason they couldn't find my address so I'm here at the store trying to get my package they couldn't find it but within a couple of minutes the manager came out with my box. They showed extreme professionalism and courteous behaviour while I was waiting for my package 5 stars to the wonderful nice girl with gold eye makeup I didn't catch your name

The fellas at this UPS store location are the absolute best!!!

I had lost my computer at LAX airport and had a lot of paper work to do to get it back!
The guy at the store went out of his way to fax, scan, copy and email documents for me. I couldn't have done it without him and my computer was returned to me!
