Amazing service Miss Lisa is there always in the morning she’s so reliable and I love coming in seeing her smiling face she always has something positive to share with me. Thank you. This Kroger is very close to my house and it’s always five stars always this morning. Miss Lisa went out of her way to help me with an issue and was still able to attempt to the other customers. She is truly good at what she does.

A fantastic Kroger with everything you need from your local grocery. This has become my regular grocery store, and I can't say enough about it. It has Krogers great prices, is clean and well stocked, has friendly service, and more.

I hope I get his name correct (will edit if not), but Mark, the manager, has been a blessing. Over Thanks/friendsgiving, we had a bit of a situation in which our two turkeys went bad before we were able to cook. Mark made sure that we didn't go hungry or broke!

As busy as they usually are, the lines move quickly, and if you need extra assistance, the people who work here are there to help. You can't ask for more.

I love Kroger it is always clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The prices are okay. I had a taste for oxtails didn’t think they would have them. So happy they did. I would recommend this store always.

Today was my first time doing Instacart and every body was sooo helpful Mirian amazing was nice polite and super , Ruth in the bakery area help me a lot super nice person but SYED the cashier was extremely rude I didn't know that he had to scan my phone before starting the order and to my great regret he had to do it twice, even I apologized, he started throwing everything away and stated "you have to tell me before or you don't know" I I felt so bad because there were more people and although I am working, in the end it is a sale for his company and there is no right to treat a client like he did. I hope someone reads this and considers my opinion.

This has to be one of the cleanest and most organized Kroger's I've been to. Id recommend it.

The staff cares and that's what matters more. I consider them extended family!

Great deals on beer, self checkout always fast

Where to begin - this store and staff are AMAZING!!!! 10/10 every time I shop here. Absolutely everyone here is friendly, helpful and know their products - they really care and it shows! Just happens to be my local Kroger so I am extremely grateful I have all of this on my doorstep. I will not shop anywhere else and cannot recommend this store enough. Thank you so much for making shopping such a pleasurable experience :-)

Beautiful stocked awesome clean on point. Flower Department and Produce well stocked. Sushi bar yes please. Full selection of seafood and Crawford and lobster and shrimp. 🍤🍜

Overall, nice staff and very helpful. Place appeared clean. Also has pregnant parking and parents with young kids parking. Weirdly, I've never been in here when it's busy which I appreciate.

Bell ringing for good service!

Significantly preferred to the larger, fancier Kroger with a greater selection one mile away because the service is better and the staff is friendlier and more personable here at the smaller Kroger.

I care about service above all. I love modern technology, but I have never used a self checkout lane in a grocery store, not once. They take local, lower paying jobs from our community. I don't care if having them in 20 stores creates one IT job for someone that lives in a different community.

All that to say, I was in the big Kroger shopping late one night, around midnight. I had a full basket of groceries and they refused to manually check me out, even after I explained why I do not believe in using self checkout lanes. They weren't busy, there was a guy a slumped against a podium by the self checkouts. So I left my full basket sitting there and drove a mile to this smaller Kroger. I explained what happened, and they happily checked me out.

Subsequent to that day, if the same lady is there when I go in later, and she generally is, she meets me at lane 5, the first real checkout lane, before I even have to ask.

Good job little Kroger!

Great store Best store in west Houston. I like the size of it. It's like a big convenience store. Much parking and gas station has best price I can get. Its arrangement is compact and aisles are well marked. Prices on Kroger brands are a bargain. Employees are well trained and very helpful. I see prices on Kroger brands at 50 60 70 percent cheaper than same stuff from major companies. Keep up the good work!!
By The Way when it froze here in Houston For a week in February your people at the 12500 Briar Forest store were INCREDIBLE!! And your warehouse teams kept essentials stocked up THANKS

This location was just renovated or reorganized so everything looks clean/sleek and neat. Employees are always friendly and even though it's not super busy most of the time, there are always at least 2 or 3 checkout lanes open in addition to the self checkout. I always get in and out quickly. The sushi station and deli both provide excellent service.

I love this place. The employees are so kind. The lady in the cashier's is so helpful and the guy with white hair in the parking lot always help the old people for load the groceries in the car. I recomend this place, always clean in the fresh area they have the best options and the best workers. Thank for great job.

Clean, well lit and well organized. I just needed a few things. They were easy to find and with the express self-checkout, I was in and out in just a few minutes!
Loved the ease and speed of my shopping trip!

Their prices are very reasonable and the staff seems very customer friendly. I recommend the London Broil in the deli dept. Great sandwich material.

Update 5/31/21 - I don't like this place as much. First, they eliminated their butcher counter. Worse, on two occasions now, I have gone in to purchase items listed in the Kroger circular only to find this store didn't get them. From now on, I'll shop at the Kroger on Westheimer.

This Kroger is small and intimate. It is not trying to be a big flagship store. It is neighborhood people and its nice. I have been coming to this store for almost 5 years and the same people still work here! They really know your name and care about you. It is really A++

Had a hard time finding tart cherry juice and was in a rush, but the staff member that I spoke to told me a couple of specific places to check. He seemed to be well informed of the store. That was impressive. I love it when employees take the time to learn about their' product'in order to be helpful to customers!
