This location is great. You can tell they train to be conscious of customer service and I'm so glad because it's more important than you'd think it would be. I can't begin to muster the energy it takes to recall the cons of places that have no interest in customer service. So thank you Michael's for making it a pleasant experience to shop there!

Great craft store! Well stocked and maintained. Nice to be able to walk in and obtain things needed for a craft project.

My partner and I visit here about once a week to stock up on paint and hobby supplies. Great selection and great staff!

I came in looking for photo frames and found everything I was looking for and more! The store was clean and bright and the parking was easy.

I needed some canvas frames, and Michael's was well stocked, not like some other places I shopped.

Great prices on seasonal and non-seasonal decor, crafts and tchotchkes. Best to check their site online for available stock and additional discounts. Plenty of parking although with construction happening around its area right now (Spring 2023), driving to the store may involve sudden re routes.

Helpful staff and big wide aisles for pleasant browsing. Recommend coming here for your arts and craft shopping.

Clean and organized. They have an AMAZING baking section. Every Sprinkle and color you could ask for. Even a pretty good selection of candy melt colors. They were phasing out Easter and welcoming summer in the seasonal section and it was still easy to shop. Loved it!!

°°°Please note that this review is for the framing department.°°° Jess was awesome in assisting me with the framing of my art. I had no idea what I wanted except for it to look good. Jess offered suggestions and let me take as much time as I needed. She came up with a combo of mattings and frame that looked amazing!

I had asked an employee about finding a metal yarn needle. She had looked and found none. I said thank you and was going to get the plastic one instead. As I walked around a bit, this same employee hunted me down and found me a metal one. I was so excited, plus she didn't give up! This was a wonderful experience!

Awesome crafting place to get your crafty together

I love Michaels art store! I've frequented this place for decades! As an educator, this place has it all, especially for my art projects. If it's not in the store, I can usually find it online and w/o huge shipping costs. I appreciate that their prices are affordable & just right for my limited budget.

I ordered a poster frame online (50%off!) and used their curbside pick-up option. I pulled up, used the link in their text to notify them that I was there, and a few moments later a friendly member of their staff had dropped the frame in the seat of my car. I loved the experience and will be using it again. The frame was great and the price was fantastic. Five stars all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really friendly staff. The store had a decent selection of things though some shelves were sparse but that may be due to supply chain issues. The Hannukah selection was limited but that is typical. It was just nice that they had a section of Hannukah items at all!
