Good selection. Organized store. Very large place and has everything you could need for home projects.

I was helped by I believe someone named Andrew. He not only got the microwave down from an upper shelf I couldn't reach, but her took it to the case register, helped me check out and then took it to my car! It was the best customer service I've ever had at a big box store. I will always check this store first when I need home improvement items. Thank you to this young man for his caring service. I wish all employees everywhere were this helpful and conscientious.

Worked with Lisa in the Appliance Dept. She was great upfromt about knowledge and worked with Manager on whacky pricing that occured during our transaction. Online had a lower price (for same store!) and in-store didn't automatically recommend the necessary parts/elements for the new washer/dryer to be hooked up properly.
We got ita ll sorted, Lisa had to work later than her shift and we spent an extra hour at Lowe's that wasn't necessary had it been accurate and smooth initially.
Overall tho, give Lisa a 10 or 11 on rating and store staff points as they are always cheerful and kind.

I would like to commend Les in the plumbing section. The guy is great and helped me to solve a plumbing problem. (Toilet issue) It is nice to find guys like him in box stores that are actually willing to help, and know what they are talking about. He is an exception. Thanks Les!

Usually a positive experience. Of course they do not hire very intelligent people, but how many people in this area full of extremist liberals are intelligent now days. I called ahead for T12 bulbs, electrical person said they have 13, confirmed one more time he is checking correct product, showed up and they did not have them, electrical person took now accountability for not paying attention and said he was going on break and juat walked away, other than that we usually have positive experiences

While Looking at Flooring in Lynnwood, Andrew and Morris were incredibly helpful at understanding the differences between materials. Definitely will be coming back to purchase supplies from Lowe’s. While walking out, we ran into Tom and asked him about ceiling materials and he provided wisdom and store locations for the project of removing the popcorn ceiling. Andrew, Morris, and Tom made our Lowe’s trip much easier and empowered me with knowledge to complete my upcoming home projects. Thank you all!

Sorry, this took me a while to post. I came in with my daughter to buy a grill. Lisa met me in the door & started to help. I could see she was on her way to break & insisted she go on break. She hooked me up wit Kevin, Keith? Not sure, but he whipped out his measuring tape quick. When I looked at grills inside, Deborah was there to greet me & answer all my questions. When I needed to measure my daughter's car to see if it would fit, she handed me her measuring tape. When I was ready to buy, she & Lisa came out with rags & cleaner to help me wipe down the grime from the outdoor grill. When we realized we'd need to remove the lid to make it fit, here came Mike ready with his tools to help us remove it, even offering to let me keep the screwdriver!
Can I just say, these guys were absolutely the best! My son in law was even saying that it's a shame that these guys don't get tips.

My wife send me with a list of items to pick up for, our house remodel. When I arrived I was lost and tired I suddenly heard a very polite sound excuse me sir is there anything I can help you with? I met a gentleman named Ahmad who works in Lumber who was amazing and really helpful. Thank you for your amazing customer service and for helping me.

The appliance supervisor "Andrew" was super knowledgeable and patiently helped us look up all available options for a new microwave oven. If you are at appliance section and need help, you should find Andrew.

I did this Christmas Village tree with all tools and material from there
I bought the wood sheet, they cut it the size you need and I made the circular shape later

Lowe’s is a great hardware store. Solid tool selection with great clearance and sale prices!! I recommend Lowes!!

Got our Christmas tree from here again and got it with a discount!!! Sent my children there to grab theirs. You can find nearly everything here, even free scraps of wood for crafts

I ordered a tool kit polyester, and it was very cheap compared to Amazon and other retailers! Pick it up from store and the service was very fast!

Lowe’s is my go-to shop for live plants. As a person who keeps various planted tanks, I enjoy the convenience of being able to find everything in one shop. Prices are pretty good!
Note: the Lowe's car park usually gets crowded by Chick-fil-A customers and the long line that is formed by their drive-thru.

Shannon and Haley made it right. Ordered on line and the store cancelled because everything was out of stock!! I didn't see the email cancellation and came to the store anyway.

Shannon helped us pick all the items (over 100) and gave us a discount. Haley painstakingly rang is up applying the discount. Irritated but in the end, satisfied. These women represent excellence in customer service!!!!

Sometimes it's hard to find an associate to ask a question. Otherwise, it's a good store.

I needed a specific item and I didn't feel like searching all over a huge store so I got on the Lowe's app, found my item and the in-store location (aisle and section). When I arrived, it was so easy to find! Very pleased with my purchase, too!
