My sister and I purchased new, inexpensive phones here today and the young man (I wish I'd gotten his name) was so friendly, helpful and professional. Just amazing service. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions and even helped us when we came back later needing help with password recovery. The store is clean and comfortable. I was super impressed with our overall experience at this store. Great job!

Tyler - retail sales consultant took great care of my phone needs. I lost my phone and the ringer was off. Tyler explain the pinking thing in full details! I found my phone which was so amazing!! Had lots of trouble with one of our lines not porting over from xfinity.
Tyler spent two and a half hours dealing with that company and stuck with it until it was completely taken care of. The buy was made at another store out of state, so Tyler had nothing to gain by helping me.
A very professional agent at this store! I will not go anywhere else.

I must say Helena was very helpful today at the Henry St At&t store. She helped me transfer from t-mobile over to at&t very smoothly. Helena and her co-work Keyaira help me get my screen protector on and they did an amazing Job.
Then Josh another at&t associate explained the apple watches and their plans, plus the sale that's going on today. Overall amazing customer service!! I came in for a upgrade and as soon as I get entered the store I was greeted and helped. I was in a rush because of prior appointments but I still was getting great treatment and received what I came for and more. I appreciate the patience on his end.

We got service right away I rep that help us she was on point knew all are questions we asked she was so friendly had a smile on her face the whole time and just took great care of us. AT&T Honey Street is an awesome place and I recommend them highly.

I bought an iPhone and switched service plans from Verizon to AT&T when I was in Sam's Club. They were limited on their ability to help me set it up or move my data to new phone. I went to AT&T on Henry Street. There were maybe five people ahead of me and 2 technicians working. Both seemed very helpful and took lots of time with clients. I had Tyler. He was amazing. He took time explaining what he was checking and made sure everything transferred. Showed me how to connect my iPad to Hotspot and put a shield and case on my new phone. He talked about AT&T being a wonderful company to work for monetarily, benefits, people and the extensive training the employees receive. I was impressed with Tyler's confidence, knowledge and top notch customer service.

Raymond helped me out the other day and he was nothing short of pro. He went above and beyond to help our family have the best phones and services. But above everything he was just a good dude. During this pandemic I've experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen. It was refreshing to see an employee actually enjoy his job. In the future you should offer a service for your workers to set up appointment times for your customers like a hair salon or tax office. I would call ahead and schedule a time to be sure I was helped by Raymond specifically. Just a thought.

Josh helped us through our mix of things that needed to be done. We laughed, talked , and learned a few thing about phones. Great experience. Josh was great,and patient with us, 3 old ladies. Thanks Josh for being a good sport..
