McDonald's

Yesterday early afternoon chaos and craziness within the employees. People standing to wait and get food we're hollering at employees to stop. That there was people waiting to be waiting on. Wow what a scene it was. But if they look back on the cameras they'll see exactly what went on. Sorry but it was not professional at all. Not at zero level! Need a manager text me.

What can I say, it's McDonalds. My only problem with ALL McDonalds the LACK OF ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. They have rid themselves of the personal touch, the lack of family experience.
It's turned into "GET it and Go!"

I can find a welcoming atmosphere in many other places....

Nice place, staff, facilities, food, location:) Very pleased. I grew up in NS/Musk.
I haven't lived here in 9 years. I moved back in November a cpl months ago.

Muskegon use to get a bad rep around the state and nation .

We all know Muskegon is great.

We used the drive through window. The young man was pleasant and efficient. My meal was hot, tasty and delivered promptly. No issues.

It was wonderful. The grandchildren enjoyed it there!!!

Went in to get a quick bite. The store was clean. The staff were friendly.

I love the Iced Caramel Macchiato when they make it the way I like it! This time the girl that made my drink did a fantastic job!

These guys have a lot to deal with in terms of the kind of people they serve. They do a great job

As long as they get your order right, you don't wait forever in line and the food is hot and not old, McDonald's is McDonald's is McDonald's...I think that pretty much says it all!

4/30/23 This is to Emmual those stars are for your excellent customer service food was alright but your courtesy outweighed it.

I love the new self service kiosks! I'm spoiled and don't want to go to locations that don't have one now. Service was quick. And they they made a mistake on our order, but they were very gracious and made things right. So I was pleased.

Not very often I can give McDonald's a five-star I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it came out hot fresh and tasteful

I believe someone is reading my reviews, because the last two times I ordered a soft drink the outside of the cups were dry.

I love this particular location (Spring Lake, MI) due to everytime I go thru the drive-thru in the morning hours there's a wonderfully pleasant older gentleman, (perhaps in his early 60's later 50's) who is just the kindest, most endearing individual. Everytime he hands my kids and my orders to us he will say "ok love this is your mocha,"etc... Just to clarify this last statement, he is by no means acting flirtatious or sketchy he's just a super sweet father-figure type. I always look forward to seeing him because he always brightens my day. Unfortunately I have never gotten his name but next time your at the Spring Lake McDonald's in the morning look out for a mature man with white hair who has kind eyes and a contagious positive attitude!!!

I love being helped by Manager Morgan. Always goes above and beyond for his customers. Need more people like him at all your locations.

Service can be a little slower through drive thru at times but my order has always been correct

The food was fresh and good! However the customer service given by Jordan was impeccable. I will be returning

Love the order tower menu and that your able to sit and wait for your food to come. The lady that served our food was very friendly and nice.

It's good if you like McDonald's food I used the WiFi so I gave them 5 stars for free WiFi I hate McDonald's food. To many double chz burgers in my life.

The guy working tonight is the absolute best you can get in fast food. I'll still return after every shift at my work down the road.
