BIGGBY COFFEE

I love coming here after work to get a muffin and latte. Never had any issues and workers are always lovely 🫶

They have a great atmosphere, I started going more often a year ago since they were the only good coffee place around my house. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I've never had to complain about a drink or go back because it was made the wrong way. The staff are all very experienced and make sure that trainees are properly trained too. Prices are pretty good, even though it can get a bot pricy depending on how much you go. The only thing I would say is to get a cold brew over a regular iced coffee. Their cold brews definetly taste better and are worth the extra couple bucks.

I don’t even drink coffee, I only go there because the person who seems to be running the smooth operation is so incredibly attractive…..
ok that’s not entirely true, I do drink coffee.

10/10 experience, the drive through worker Kelsey did an amazing job,
I asked for a cup of ice water but packed ice, like a lot of ice, like no room for water but still ice water with ice. She packed it to the brim and still included water, it was DENSE. I’m super happy with my visit, thank you Kelsey.

Caleb, was awesome. The atmosphere from the drive through was awesome! I got a Carmel marvelous forgot to tell them no whip cream, he gave me a cup and spoon to dish it out. Caleb said he would do it. However it was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No buffonery. It gives me hope for Muskegon County. I'm a Texan! Let's make Muskegon County GREAT AGAIN!

I go here almost everyday and it is so good! My favorite by far is the caramel sweet cream cold brew, but the white lavender is also to die for. I would definitely recommend it! Quick service and delicious coffee!

Amazing and friendly staff. Menu is varied so that's good but typical fast food tummy ache follows

Great coffee, tea, and hot chocolate! My favorite drink here is a Mint Tea, Latte, with Coconut Milk! Great for a quick stop, a short date, a business meeting, a place to do homework, read, or work on your computer. Great staff, beverages, and small snacks! A little pricey, but well worth it. You can even get coupons for this place!

Love biggby, but who doesn't? When in Michigan, do as the locals do. And in the summer time, always get your latte frozen.
Edit: they have been doing so good lately on the vegan options lately. I was really sad for a while because they were putting cream cheese on the vegan bragel that I had developed a complex. But I haven't had that in quite a while and feel much better and relieved. And they're so fast and kind.

Love the coffee. The employees are so nice and they are very helpful. Got a chai tea latte sugar free and the cashier explained that they can't actually do sugar free because the chai isn't sugar free. But she suggested that I get skim milk and that if I like it to order it reduced calorie next time so they know exactly what I want. It was very delicious. New favorite drink.

I love this place! My only area for improvement would be the ticket times have been very slow lately. I’m almost hesitant to go there now due to the increased wait time.

I used the drive-thru, it was fast courteous service and done with a smile. Our dog was happy with the dog treat. Keep up the great work.

My latte and sandwich were FAB! However, the wait time was very long. There were 2 cars in front of me. I was in line for almost 30 minutes.

The staff always is willing to accommodate to the best of their ability and is always so wonderful to pets. I've never, ever had a bad experience with biggby. Great job!

Very clean at the Henry location, very friendly ppl only thing Is they r a bit pricey but definitely would go back de de the customer service experience

More than my Happy Place - Biggby on Henry is my perfectly caffeinated little corner of heaven. The staff is awesome. They are down to earth and are always having fun working together - that always makes for great service. The "biggers" (what I refer to as the regulars) are friendly and welcoming. Love Biggby!!

Love the BOGO coupons! Good frozen coffee. I usually get decaf, which I've noticed doesn't taste as good as the regular, but it's still good.

The Henry store is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do not care for the Apple Store tho. They always have grounds in my coffee.
