I've only come here to do Amazon returns, but I've been here plenty of times! The employees are always helpful and friendly. Good place to swing in and out of.

I had such a pleasant experience here returning several packages. They had a long line due to holidays but moved through customers quickly and assisted me with the self serve kiosk. Great experience!

I watched as an employee kindly helped an older couple go on their phone & get an Amazon return slip. She didn’t have a do this. The employees were kind & efficient even though it was busy.

Excellent customer service. Both UPS workers were helpful, friendly, and gave good advice on the most cost effective way to ship my items. They even boxed it all up for me.

This store went above and beyond their duties when I came in for an Amazon return for which I was unknowingly unprepared. George quickly presented me with my options and jumped into action to help prepare my return for me while I took care of my young toddler and infant in the store. He did everything he could to make it a smooth and easy return for this flustered mom.

I had the most courteous, positive experience with George at the Mount Joy store. He was helpful, patient, kind, and he treated me and my items with genuine care. I can’t thank him enough for helping me ship my items to an international destination.

I would like to personally thank Sarena for her above-and-beyond care this morning. She was attentive to my needs as a business, right down to the weight of paper I needed for the job. We thank you for your care and plan to work with you in the future!

I find that all The employees at this store take pride in their customer service. Dog park Mount Joy has been relying on them for all of our printed materials for the past three years. The jobs are always done well ahead of the expected timeframe, and always done to perfection. I have seen them spend extra time and expertise to get a project right.when they could've simply printed it the way we submitted it. Additionally, I ship items from this location for my job, and they are always careful and accommodating, even when I arrive 10 minutes before closing time. Thank you all!!!

I have gotten several things printed here for my art shows. Kaleb knows what he is doing! He consistently prints things professionally, correctly, and clearly communicates what I need to do to the files (I use inDesign). There are several other places where you can get printing done for cheap, but very few places have someone who actually knows what they are doing to the extent that he does.

Carol and the Team provided us with helpful and informative advice with our printing project. They patiently guided the process of seeing our booklet through to a successful completion. Thank you!

Great experience I needed help with a P.O. Box and the staff took care of me in less then 15 minutes I’ve had a few packages sent there and it’s been an awesome experience every time I check my mail everybody is always smiling and quick to take care of any needs I may have. I’m just trying to figure out how to get access when they are closed if anybody knows plz let me know
