Melissa in Floral really pulled me through a difficult situation.
I ordered a corsage from the incorrect store and didn't realize it until the day before prom.
What a panic I was in!! Melissa gracious took my order and even personalized it for me. She is a true hero. Thank you!

I do ClickList at this location. There’s been a few times where this location was out of a certain item however they do a great job at getting you the best substitutions. 9 times out of 10 the customer service is absolutely fantastic, especially the people that bring out the orders to the car. They are so friendly! I wish I knew the girl’s name but she has blonde hair and glasses, she’s the sweetest!!

Nice and clean. Only thing is I'm handicap and I used a electric cart. The last three times I've been there, the carts were not charged and I had to find someone to help me find another cart. Then transfered all my groceries to another cart. Last time I was there they brought me 3 different carts and finally found one that was charged. They need someone to over look the cart situation. I stopped going to the Kroger nearest me and drove further out to find that they have the same problem. This is very important to handicap people. I have just left my groceries and went home many times.

I'm out of town and had prescriptions filled at pharmacy by Ben Lawless. Best customer service I've ever had. Just an unreal experience you don't get everywhere. Great job Krogers!

Super selection, great staff, perfect location! The pharmacy staff are some of the best in any Kroger in a hundred mile radius! We live in Rome and therefore shop various Kroger stores in the surrounding area. Some of the other locations could really learn a thing or two from the staff at this pharmacy! Especially regarding customer service. A perfect training model!. Thanks guys for doing your community (and ours!) Such an amazing service!

We love Kroger! The staff is always nice and ready to help. It's always really cold when you first walk in so I always bring a sweatshirt but the groceries are always fresh and they have a good selection of produce! The meat is always decently priced as well. Very clean location!

Friendly very helpful employees, wide variety, well stocked, fresh sushi, I was there 3:30pm - 4:30pm and was able to get sashimi made to order. Will differently do my shopping there in the future even if it is not the one closest to me.

Jayron (I am so so sorry if I spelled it wrong) but he is beyond phenomenal!!! His kind spirit made me cry after we left Kroger after he helped us in the line. Very rare when you find someone who is so awesome and as wonderful as him. I can’t even say enough good things but we appreciate you so so much! Such good service here! Thank you!!

Great cheese shop, Wine selection. Digital coupon sales.Great floral department. Huge produce department. Great deli bakery. A great little Sushi bar. Not a hole in the wall store. but not so big that you get tired just shopping.

It seems like there can be a variety of quality between Kroger stores and this is one of the most impressive. It was updated a couple of years ago to include a nice olive bar and sushi bar. The selection of produce and ready to go meals is unmatched within many miles.

This is a great store and I enjoy shopping here due to the friendly atmosphere. The other day I needed help finding a specific product so a tall gentleman working named Hasnain I believe assisted me and helped me find my products I was looking for. Great Customer Service and store is well kept

Went to "Pats" lane to check out. I was using WIC which can be challenging to have the correct items regardless of the pandemic. Pat had never done WIC before so Erik came over to help her. They were both friendly and patient even when I had to go get a different item. The manager even had to help me with one item at a point. I loved seeing the comrodery and kindness. This is not the nearest Kroger to my house. But I like going to this one for many reasons. Especially employees like Pat, Erik, and the friendly manager.

The best Kroger in the area by far. Parking can be a challenge at times, but the angle of the spaces make it easier than most. The meat dept is better than most dedicated buther shops. This Kroger has a huge bakery and is always clean and fully stocked. It is the Kroger I seek out even though another one is a few miles closer to me.

My favorite Kroger to go to! I usually go around 11pm to avoid the crowds. Overnight cashier's are always nice and the people stocking the shelves don't mind helping you out if needed.

This Kroger is within walking distanceof my home so its super convenient! All the staff are very nice and always happy to help! You need to make sure to download their app so you get extra discounts plus fuel points!

So, I'm usually a Publix shopper but I was close by this Kroger and I was impressed! It was clean and well organized, but they also had a large section of healthy foods to choose from. Their prices were reasonable

Excellent customer service.

1st time visiting and we didn't have a Kroger card. The Male employee working the self checkout gave us one so we could get the discount and told us about the app for more savings

Good prices, helpful people. Love getting a discount on gas. Expanded selections: there are often things I don't expect to find in a Kroger.

Came into town on Christmas Eve looking for a small chocolate cake. This Frapeccino Chocolate cake was AMAZINGLY delicious!! Best decision EVER!! Will come back when in town.
