Just today I went up to my neighborhood GameStop to pick up my copy of Tekken 8 for Xbox X that I had preordered and the warehouse never shipped my game. Tristan said one moment sir he call the GameStop near my job told them to hold it for me because they had one. So they refunded me my money and had me on my way in 6 minutes tops. And I’m installing it now!! Thanks to Tristan and Pierce for the amazing customer service, this store has always done me right. The staff is easy to engage in questions and conversations, knowledgeable of new releases and an all a round great customer experience!

The little girl that helped me was very knowledgeable about the games, and was able to give a good recommendation.
